Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Heritage Village

Great selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. The store it's up was clean, and the employee was friendly and helpful. If you're in the mood for frozen yogurt made the way you want it, then Menchie's is the place to go! Will be going back soon, to try some different flavors (they also have sample cups so you can find just the right flavor for you)!

Good flavors and fruit is always fresh.

Beautiful inner space in what appears to the outside to be an office complex. Lovely array of beers and a terrific menu. Attentive staff, offering small tastes of beers in order to allow your informed decision. Great gift shop, as well. A real dining experience!!!

Had my first date with my current fiance here 3 years ago

Half the time you walk in and half the machines are down with no staff in sight. My mom only likes their sorbet and there's rarely even one option for it because of the machines going down. They don't fill the fruit/refrigerated bar regularly and don't replace obviously old gross fruit. They need to hire more workers and always say they're hiring but no more than 1-2 people work a shift unless someone is always in the back.The prices keep going up and it was already really expensive just to fill your cup.

I am a huge fan of frozen yogurt and Menchie’s is my favorite in the area. They always have 10-12 flavors to choose from including sugar free, dairy free, fat free, etc. I like that they have sample cups available to try before you buy. Unlike many other frozen yogurt places in the area, they allow you to help yourself to a sample which I prefer. They also seem to have a larger selection of candy, fruit and hot syrup toppings that their competitors.

They have almond milk frozen yogurt!

Great Yogurt!

This review is solely because of their prices and delivery fee. $36 for 2 relatively simple orders and their delivery fee. Ill stick to cold stone for customizable sweet treats at $19 for the same order with delivery... good grief.

We walked in and no one was in sight. No one greeted us from the back or made any indication that anyone would be up to help. We helped ourselves to some cups and made our way to the frozen yogurt dispensers (most of which were dirty). The first two had runny yogurt that came out before I found one that was actually frozen. The ingredients were sub par too. All the fruits were old and starting to dry out. When we got to the counter to pay, no one was in sight, still. I was looking for a bell to ring when a girl came moseying from the back on her cellphone. She was on it most of the way until she got to the counter. She didn't say a word and started typing on the register. She gave us our total, we paid and she went right back to her phone and walked away. The tables were dirty and smelly. What a completely disappointing experience. And to top it off, the ice cream and stale toppings weren't even that good. Definitely won't go here ever again.

It was a fun experience, getting to self serve froyoand top it with every type of topping you could imagine.however, I did notice that there were no prices posted up anywhere. I hoped for the best and loaded up my cup, as did my husband. Got up to the register, our total for two small size cups was $19.97!! A bit too rich for my blood, it was good but not that
