This place is a family favorite. The only thing I would change is the size of the establishment. There needs to be more seating. The fro yo is AWESOME!

This place was so run down and half of the yogurts were out. Very disappointed. The girls working were on the phones and eating the yogurts.

Yummy dessert! Although floor was very dirty and the attendant( young girl) was more interested in texting on her phone than her job.

Took my kid in today and out of 3 employees, no one greeted us, then one employee was sitting on the counter between the candy bins and we had to reach around her to get candy choices, she never moved and never said a word! So rude! Im a teacher and im telling everyone!

The yogurt was great. The service was EXTREMELY rude!!!! 858 pm “we are closed can you leaveâ€. We were finishing our desert. Those kids should be fired! I won’t be back. It’s not like it takes a long time to have a bowl of frozen yogurt.

Compared to other munchie, this one is run down. Dirty and poor maintenance on everything. This franchise owner must not care. Waste of money for broken machines and stale toppings. Fruit was dry and looked old. Employees apologize but seem to have their hands tied. Poor business practices. Will be forwarding my complaint to menchies corporate.

I would not recommend coming to this place, unless you would like to be judged by the customers and staffs, its was me and my wife and our sons first time coming to this place, everyone was looking at us like if we were thieves of some sorts and made us very uncomfortable, it wasn't a very welcoming atmosphere, we were getting weird and dirty looks by everyone around which also made me furious but bless their souls and know that me nor my family will never go there again
