I am saddened to give such a low review to this company. I have been eating here since I was a little girl. I drove and 1.5 hours to get a delicious large chop! The food was great as usual, HOWEVER I was overcharged for my latest order from them. My total was $26.81 but after my debit card was already swiped and processed I was told that I was charged $266.81. Since this was a debit transaction they claimed I had to sign the slip of paper in order for them to redo it and process my refund. Not only have I had to wait days for my refund (still have not received my money back) but I still had to pay for my order! That is poor customer service. I was not offered a discount for the inconvenience. As a broke, newly married college student, this was a set back for my finances. All I got was "you'll receive your money when you bank approves the refund." 😳 not returning to this place!
