I've been here 3 times within a week-- the staff are amazing-- always recommending items honestly based on customer preference; they are accommodating, sweet and dedicated to their food and customer experience. 5 stars for the food as well!

These workers honestly need to be appreciated more. The employees here are ALWAYS working so hard to make sure everyone’s experiences are amazing here. They always have smiles on their faces and the best and most friendliest service! Not to mention the food is the best I’ve ever had. Their grilled cheeses are to die for! Not enough recognition for the employees here. They’re doing great!

One associate was busy making the food ordered before me. The second associate counted out, what looked like his tips, for 10 minutes in front of me without saying a word. The female associate made sure to let me know she would be right with me and I appreciated her efforts. How hard would it be to punch in a order quick or at the very least make eye contact with the customer standing in front of you and let them know you or someone else will be right with them. Food was great, I wish I got the name of the female associate who helped us because her customer service skills are A+.

Service was very slow qhen I went but they were pretty short staffed and very busy. Staff was friendly and they apologized for the delay. Food was very good and fairly priced.

Ordered the Mac and cheese grilled cheese, the vegan mushroom melt, and the Reese’s peanut butter milkshake. All three were delicious! They’re open for takeout and delivery (Uber eats, DoorDash, Skip the Dishes, and Ritual). Great employees too! Thanks so much!!

This place is really small and quaint which makes it the perfect place to enjoy a Corona and a Poutine. With a wide variety to the menu, I am always ready to try something every single visit.Good service that have your food ready asap and with care, I am always in a good mood when I arrive, while I eat, and when I leave.I can't recommend this place enough.

We wanted to try out a new place on SkiptheDishes and have found lots of great places, this place isn't one of them! We ordered 2 poutines and only got one, we order extra gravy on the side but didn't get it, our food was cold too and my sandwich bread was just white bread but I ordered sour dough. When I called to complain, they told me they couldn't doing anything unless I came down(during a quarantine) or just get a refund on SkiptheDishes. The person even told me I was right and it was their mistake. I would say if you want food, go else where. Their melts aren't even that much better then Tim Horton's and at least at Tim's you know they will fix our order.

Ordered in uber Eats was great! We had regular burger, beyond and philly. All were very good. Shared a vegan poutine was really nice too.

Love meltwich. Just got a burger tonight and it was amazing. For the price it will fill you up easily. Didn't even take a photo cause I ate it so fast. ❤ Will definitely be back

Ordered during covid-19 pandemic - food was delicious and came fast. 5 stars comes from the amazingggg tomato bisque soup!

I always say below 4 stars stay away but my niece wanted to go.End up waiting over 40 minutes for 2 poutine when no one was in there and it was $5 poutine day, u would think they would be more efficient. Dont seem like they care

Ordered a banquet burger off skip the dishes and it came completely raw. I was disgusted and disappointed. Don’t recommend, warn your family.

Tasty little burg spot with taters as a nice treat. Definitely recommend on King near Jackson Square. Shakes looked good as well.

Dope music, food is solid, good drink prices.. and their daily specials are the truth.. Cute servers.. Nancy is the best one though :)
