When I came, they do not have white bread, so they gave me whole wheat bread instead. And this is really good! Cute sandwich haha

This place was awesome! Not overcrowded, fast service, and great food! I could eat here every day. I want to get back and try their breakfast because their dinner was so good!! That sandwich selection was very interesting and they served sides of tots with cheese and other Fixins. Very good place, will be back!

Came across this place by accident while my daughter and I were exploring Manhattan. Really cool menu if you love cheesy food, great burgers or grilled cheese sandwiches. Food was great and service was very good in a nice clean atmosphere. Must try when in NYC!

Thank you for adding a vegan option to your menu!! Staff and experience was friendly. This chain has one vegan option on the menu. The sandwich was pretty tasty and a decent option if you are with non vegans looking for a spot to eat. Over all it leans on the greasy side, I think would benefit if they added some greens to it and personally I wouldn’t go to just go for this, it leaves more to desire. However for a non vegan place this option is great to have!

Super simple review since I only went once. If you like grilled cheese sandwiches this has different kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches. Are they good? Yeah, not the best but they are good. Think of it as a very casual place to go. Like a chipotle or 5 guys kinda restaurant.

They make great grilled cheese, great customer service, and they have very nice employees.

Good place for a quick bite with the kids. They have healthier items if the burger scene is not your thing. Great employee, Arturo, who took care of changing the sandwich bread for us with no questions and a big smile.

The cheeseburger and chicken tenders were amazing on a cold night in nyc! Great service! Definitely recommend coming here!

Great place for lunch, plenty of options and they're all tasty

Mmmm what a tasty sandwich! The service was pretty quick, though the prices were a bit too high when you think about the simplicity of the ingredients. I did love eating the gooey, tasty melt while waiting in line for a Broadway show though!

I had the maple bacon grilled cheese. My friend had the chimichurri club (chicken on a bun). We shared the loaded tots. Everything was delicious! Hit the spot on a cold day after walking around the city.

Surprisingly good food. Doesn't look much from the street. But the Philly was very good. A little disappointing was the honey sauce for the tenders. Nice nd supportive service.

100/10! So so good, might just be my favorite place in NYC so far 🤭 I got the Nashville Hot Chicken and it was soooo good, and our order came out fast. Wish I could have tried the tots, they looked really good. Highly recommend this place! Super good if you like fried chicken and cheese

I got the turkey melt and subbed grilled chicken for turkey (because the turkey is sliced). So good! They’re doing “the big pull” for the month of April - a grilled cheese feat. 6 slices of cheese 🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀
