Unique, like no other pizza ... great crust!

Best Mellow Mushroom I have ever been to. Always good portion sizes and very scenic setting.

Staff are friendly and it's a great atmosphere for hanging out and enjoying friends and a few beers. Food is good. Pizza is better than most chains but don't buy by the slice though, it tastes microwaved.

LOvE the Mellow Mushroom in downtown Gainesville! This was our first visit, so we looked at the reviews. And and others have said: it's in an old, quirky house on historic Green Street. And it's awesome! We were there in the middle of the afternoon; therefore, dining area was quiet, but bar was busy, so we decided to sit at the bar. Had a great time! Friendly people, great service and my pizza was really, really good! (Only thought to take a picture and write a review after I ate my first slice. Crust was perfect and ingredients were ample.) Katie, our bartender, was amazing! She seemed to know almost everyone who walked in and knew their usual drink. Will definitely be back!

Super cool location in historic home. Food was good. I should have asked for burger well done, but still standard Mellow fare.

Very busy but was seated after just a few minutes wait. Ordered quickly and food served really fast. Tasted great! We all ordered calzones. They were huge.

It was a birthday party. They rent out a room. The pizza was very good. The employees were nice. The atmosphere was cool. It was good.

You can always count on Mellow Mushroom. Consistency is something all businesses, especially restaurants strive for. Every time I have been, the food has been delicious and as expected. Service is always great too.This location is especially neat because it is a converted mansion. I would love to see what the upper floors look like.

Easy access on a busy street and lots of parking, especially after regular business hours. The pizza is really good, with some unique combinations. However, I give the place four stars for a price-to-taste ratio that doesn't quite measure up for me. They have a bar with a good variety of beers and drinks with pretty standard pricing. The atmosphere is fantastic: an old home that has been retrofitted for the restaurant. It really gives it a great vibe for a gathering of friends, but can also put you in odd seating. There is a good size party room upstairs for a gathering of up to 30 people, along with a exclusive bar.

The food here is amazing. I always get the hummus with pita chips as well as the pizza. The atmosphere is cool and eclectic. Definitely a fun place to go for people who want to go someplace, enjoy a cocktail, great food, and good conversation.

Always love Mellow Mushroom. I had to wait awhile before anyone approached the table but I had good company and love their pizza so much that I didn't care

Love this place. Excellent beer selections that rotate. Friendly staff. Consistently delicious pizza. The historic Rudolf house location is amazing. Way better than the tiny one on John Morrow from the 90’s.

Average pizza as usual. Very good Greek salad though.
