Medical Center Pharmacy

Wife tried to return stockings, after the staff had incorrectly measured her. They would not fit, so she went to return them. After the clerk had issues refunding the card she got her manager or someone of some authority who then proceeded to SMELL the stocks to determine if she had tried them on. They ended up returning the money, but we find it deeply disturbing that his method of determination is sniffing under garments. How about just asking first? I would hate to ask this man how much experience he has in that area. I am tempted to purchase some boxers and "try" them on for a jog then return them and let him pull that.

When making a purchase at Medical Center Pharmacy, I encountered an extremely rude disinterested member of the pharmacy sales staff. I will not be making any more purchases at this store.

Been going here for years. The pharmacists are very professional and the grill is one of best. They also have medical supplies that you can't find elsewhere for fair prices. I love it :)

The pharmacy staff is excellent and super helpful getting the supplements I need and have a hard time finding in other places. Thank you ladies for all of your help!

They are always helpful, always fair pricing. The thing that cemented my loyalty to them is that once when my son was seriously ill and the medication prescribed was not at the pharmacy where I went at the time (Walgreens I think) their pharmacist told me to try Medical Center Pharmacy. I called, but they didn't have it, but they went on to say they would call and see who did, and get it by end of day if I could pick it up. I asked when they closed and it was 30 minutes BEFORE I got off work. They said, "that's okay, we'll work with you". That pharmacist not only found and had the med delivered to them, he stayed at the pickup window until I was able to drive there to pick it up. No charges for any of that. I am a customer for life, and a nurse who ALWAYS tells people they are the best pharmacy I know of. A single mom needs support and Medical Center Pharmacy has your back.

The folks behind the pharmacy counter are great people they actually care about you and your well being you can't get this much care from Walmart or CVS or Walgreens they have your best interest thank you guys for everything you do

Very nice people. For medications that are not insurance covered they are often less than other larger chain pharmacies. They are able to get drugs that are not in stock most of the time the next business day.

The local pharmacy with the hometown touch. These guys are awesome and go far beyond what a large chain pharmacy could do for you. It’s the kind of business that you just don’t find anymore. Also you are supporting a small local business....which means not only does your patronage provide local jobs but the money is spent here in our own community. Did I mention that the staff is friendly and courteous as well as having extremely knowledgeable pharmacists. As long as their doors remain open, our family will be using their services. Did I mention the homemade food! Try this pharmacy once....you’ll be glad you stopped. It also has an extremely nice sports memorabilia section. Tar Heel and Panthers fans will be delighted as will most collegiate fans.

I'm been a customer MCP for several years and I'm pleased with the #Center! I do miss #Employees when they leave MCP, because of they're true #Friendship!😋

Great people there, very friendly, and always willing to help! My insurance company is trying to push me to CVS, Walgreens, etc, but I refuse to leave; they’re still cheaper.

Food can be hit or miss, didn't order burned bologna, egg and cheese on toast last time.

The staff at The pharmacy are AMAZING! My drs office constantly mixes my Rx’s up with amounts, brands and actual medication, but the staff here quickly identifies any errors and seamlessly corrects the issue without skipping a beat!! It is a true shame that I can’t find this level of commitment to their patients/customers around my local area. Thank you Medical Center Pharm!!!

Customer service is horrible both times I've gone into the store I have been overlooked and customers approaching the counter after me were immediately helped. This last time I went in made my mind up that I will never patronize this store again. After being ignore by 3 employees, while the owner and another employee stands to the side and then being helped after another employee walks up with a question and another customer walks to get his prescription. When the cashier finally decided she wanted to help me she acted as if she didn't want to help me or know what I was talking about. No matter the race of the customer or whether they are in a wheelchair the money is still green and you help those who walk come up first not those you want to deal with first.

Terrible. Plan on a lonnnggggg wait. Customer service is terrible with a capitol T..For your own good save yourself time.
