Food was okay but took 30 minutes to get my order. The kitchen supposedly forgot to make it. They didn't offer any kind of compensation, only an apology for the wait.

Ordered a small pizza from this restaurant and an hour and a half later, the restaurant is still preparing the order. How ridiculous! What a mistake! I'll just get Dominos next time. The service is much quicker.

My girl and I always order from them and give very good tip to the drivers, but this time we didn't have much cash so we didn't give a big tip, the driver got upset and demanded more so that's it we are never ordering pizza from them again.

Beware of fraud: Their delivery guy(s) will steal your credit card number using a similar looking swipe machine. Had to cancel my credit card. Pizza is subpar and come lukewarm and the fries are dark brown and mushy anyway.

We ordered two pizzas, it came in 2 hours late. We called after 40 min of wait, and they said a glitch had happened. Queue another 1h20 min of wait. The delivery guy comes in. He's mad we don't plan on giving him a tip for the 2 hour wait, causes a scene at our workplace. Pizza was okayish.

I could tell my french fries part of my poutine were frozen and not fresh. Although i do believe they never advertise as selling fresh food. But it was just real bizarre. Quite expensive also.

Wow. The pizza arrived literally an hour and 20min after the pizza was ordered. The pizza wasn't warm anymore. The driver told me to call the restaurant because it wasn't his problem. I called, and the resto said they would give me an exciting 4$ off the order. Meanwhile, the driver is actually screaming at a woman honking at his car that is blocking the road calling her "une f******* Salope". After this, he comes back to grab the pizza and tells me that this is "a waste of his f****** time."4$ off a cold pizza from a driver that should be in anger management because the guy is actually swearing at me? I'll order from somewhere else, and I'll make sure to tell everyone about my experience with this resto, because this kind of service makes zero sense.

Pizza is really great. I am a faithful customer. But my food always arrives cold. Cheese is already hard and not hot at all! Come on guys: please figure out a better delivery system. Its not fair to clients to wait over an hour for a pizza only to have it arrive cold. Not cool. Which is too bad because the food is actually good...
