UPDATE: Went in person and received much better customer service. The employee defintely knew who was playing that night as well as which genres might be played. The place looks small, so call ahead to check if there is room for a large group.Really wanted to go to a show tonight, but the person on the phone was very careless and rude. "I don't know. I'm just a part-timer." Then he hanged up. For a tourist town, reviews are king and an average of 3 stars can really hurt a business that depends on the customer service experience more than the food quality.I wonder if this is the same guy responsible for the other negative reviews. I might check it out later for a fuller review, but might not want to expose myself to should-be no-timers.

Just fine. Their happy hour deal was decent, and the service was friendly though slow. Not a great beer list, but hey, it's Steamboat. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was fine. It looked better than my friends' burgers, anyway. Don't get a salad (seems obvious considering it's a pub, but one of my friends learned the hard way). Overall, you could do worse.

I miss the pool and foosball tables. This place was way cooler before the upper level turned into a cult. I mean, yoga studio.
