This is a remarkable and valuable park which has a lot of brilliant facilities and funny games for children. It also has an indoor animal area so children can play with animals closely.

We decided to go to Hirakata Park instead of Universal Studios Japan because the ticket price was lower and there was not so crowded at the park. It was an unforgettable experience. We spent two days there. The first day was to explore all 41 attractions included in the All Access Pass. The second day was just for swimming in the Boon (water wonderland). Some rides have restrictions on height and age. Most visitors were Japanese locals, and there seemed to be few tourists. Although it lacked the newest, most daring rides, the rides were exciting enough to keep our family entertained for the entire day. You need to know Japanese to play 1-2 games. Some of certain facilities and events were not included in the All Access Pass.

The park itself is old, but entertaining. Not so crowded. The pool is fun. Facilities looked new. Excellent place to take the kids.

Great theme park for kids from 2-10. No waiting, not too big nor small. The staffs were very kind and tried to lead us to play various games. Will come again. And the Halloween decoration is very nice.

A family-friendly theme park which still retains its old-school charm. Mainly popular with locals resulting in shorter queuing time. Lots of rides for people of all ages! Beautiful Sakura trees line the pathways, making it mesmerising when in bloom! (Visited in April, spring time). Last but not least, a mini petting zoo (separate charges apply) with an ever-friendly llama always lurking around for treats!Charges: 1. Entrance fee only, to enter the park, each rides are payable individually.2. Entrance fee + All access pass for all rides, unlimited times

Visited here merely for the Final Fantasy Exhibition with Kyoto-Osaka Sightseeing 1 Day Pass with Hirakata Park (1000 Yen) which already includes the park entrance fee (1400 Yen for adult).Every park attraction is paid to play unless you bought a full access day pass at the counter. Personally the park is mainly for kids and I rarely see adults playing anything. There's a mini zoo and a McDonald's. Their service was quick despite a long queue in front of the fast food restaurant.

The park is for children mainly, if you are interesting in. Please go ahead.

Must go early during winter time. Can't visit all the stations as I reached there in the afternoon by 5pm the sky was dark and most of the riding stations stopped.
