Only takes orders through kiosk? I left.If this is the direction McDonalds is seriously pursuing, I’ll never go back.

I am very upset I went through the drive through this afternoon. I ordered a 20 piece chicken Mcnugget . I only received a 10 piece so I went back and told them. They said I didn't order the 20. I know what I ordered then they told me it would be 6.49 for another 10 piece. That is crazy since when did cost 22.50 for Mc Nuggets.I will be not going back to

Waited for over 20 minutes for them to get our order correct. We gave it to them twice. Ended up leaving with a refund and no food!

Good place with good prices for a quick bite , when traveling.

Employees argue often with each other and are very slow. They should be prepared for a lot of people on the weekends.

Minimal employee/customer interaction to the point that things are confusing to get some condiments and add ons to orders.

Barely busy when stopped. Both Filet o'Fish sandwiches were chewy on the corners, fries weren't hot, and my 2 caramel iced coffees had no caramel. Restaurant was relatively clean and nice looking. Also, super close to Cedar Point, expect higher prices for normal everyday items.

Lady at second window acted like we didnt even exist. She threw the bag out the window without even looking at us. When we asked for the condiments we ordered she sarcastically grabbed a handful of ranch (7 of them) and about some ketchup . When parking realized we were missing a sandwhich and had no straws or napkins ... again lady at second window threw the bag out the window this time almost dropping it and shut the window . Needless to say we didnt get straws or napkins ...

I don't like having to use the kiosk to order and pay. There wasn't enough room. It could have been twice as large. My big Mac bun was so dry it stuck to my lipstick and crumbled apart.

Waited at the drive thru at 5pm for 3 min and no one answered...

Its really nice on the inside and it has a handicap access tables and has a touchscreen self-order thing, too. Its usually too confusing for me, but theres is nice. Everyone was nice as well. ☺☺

Waited to order from a screen since they only take orders from their online board. Waited then to pay. Then waited far too long for half filled bags of fries. 25 minutes with only two orders in front of me.

Awesome place !! Great place to get a quick bite !! Always clean ,fast ,fresh, and serve with a smile !!

The cashier asked me if i wanted my change. Like wth... I have never been so shocked and appalled.

The manager is a tyrant. The definition of if you give someone an inch, they'll take a mile. Never have I had a correct order. I've also sat inside while the manager yelled at employees off the clock. And last time I was there they burnt my order to a disgusting char. Not like it's worth taking it back. If you're going to cedar point... Save you time, money, and sanity and go to Dq.
