Manager? with long eyelashes, pink nails and grey cardigan was amazing! They were short staffed (understandable) and I had to wait a moment before someone was able to get to me. When she was able to step away from processing some orders, she was able to offer quick service and even offered me a discount on my items! Very friendly with customers as well as being positive and energetic with coworkers creating a wonderful environment!

It's fast food. Just make sure they give you your correct order. I've gotten the wrong one a few times. Also there are pan handlers in their parking lot.

When I do come here, it is for particular items and made in particular ways. I always try to explain what I want clearly and even when they mess up, I re-explain and remain patient. Yet sometimes when I visit, there is a particular employee that is always extremely irritable that I see not only give me but other customers; a hard time. Majority but not all of the other workers, do not treat customers like humans but rather like they're just trying to do their job as fast as possible when hospitality is just as essential but they have lost their value for quality customer service. Although some days are better than others.

This place is usually better with food quality when it's busy but not today. The apple pies, their signature desert no less, were the worst. When I asked to replace them, the lady grudgingly gave me 2 more that looked even worse. I don't believe there's any quality control here since if they don't run out of apple pies they look horrible and no one wants to eat them.

I told the lady I wanted the two sandwiches, she only charges me for the one I told her she forgot the other sandwich and she spends 2 minutes inside then gives me my 2nd receipt I grab both sandwiches at the next window I get home and open my burger there is a bite taken out of the patty of my big mac... Absolutely disgusting.
