Cold fries order was incorrect. I order double quarter pound just the meat and cheese on one and other was regular. It was done wrong. And food was cold

Great place, the cashier named Sierra done an amazing job while walking and cleaning up the lobby to talking orders she smiled and talked with kind voice.

Good breakfast I like the ice Latte

Quick fast service hot food and fresh drinks. The staff was cool and neatly dressed clean looking. Food was just as satisfying to the eye..

I was very unhappy with the customer service I received. When I walked up to the counter the cashier didnt even acknowledged me. He had an attitude before I could even tell him what I wanted. I came back this morning due to not receiving my correct order last night. Nobody has on name tags to even identify anyone. The wait time is long and really unacceptable. If they would stop so much side conversation I think their service would speed up some.

Had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru. Only reason I didn't leave is I had someone behind me.

Not from the area so stopped for a quick bite.

Had a Togo order and had to wait 20 minutes for it. Multiple people who had come in after me left before me. I had to ask for my food before getting it and realized it had been sitting out for a while before I asked for it now foods cold. Thanks

Not impressed at all. Cashiers would probably be better off initiating conversation rather than just staring at you as if they were mad at you for interrupting their gossip session. And when did we stop telling the customer what their change is and counting it out? If you're going to work somewhere at least act like you want to be there. I was stuck at this location one evening into the next morning and experienced this conduct for dinner and breakfast.

All McDonalds around here serve the same thing no questions about that, but there is a lady that works the drive thru who is such a pleasant person. I've only stopped in 2 or 3 times and had the luck of her being the one taking the order at lunch time or a bit after. If there were more people like her in this world you would have a better day because of the happiness she has. Thanks to her for making my trips here worth the drive. Have a wonderful day.

Quick service, hot food and clean. Staff was great

McDonald's came through last night, even though it's not one of my primary choices. I did enjoy the visit. The service was good and the attendant was pleasant. And the food was exceptable.

The 1/4 pounder with cheese was quite good.

Went to the one in Oneida, and it was being repaired. Used the one in Sherrill, and must have been out of 2 fluids because they didn't dispense. They (usually) work ok.

Thanks for not giving me my large frappe I ordered !
