Saw on news websites this dump is closed due to fire. The Fire department had a hard time getting into the restaurant due to the number of cars backed up in the drive through 😂😂. Fortunately the water gave it a much needed cleansing. Unfortunately it didn’t burn completely to the ground.

We stopped in for chicken nuggets for the kids.. this was a quick stop before leaving town..

It's McDonald so the food quality meets expectations. However, never been to one slower than this one. Trust me the wait didn't improve my meal.

This was probably one of the worst experiences that i have ever had at a fast food place. It was a long wait in the drive through then when i got to the window my order was unknown then i was missing things after the order was told to the worker so then i went back inside to get my missing item the workers are standing around deciding in if they wanna give me my item and when i say deciding i mean continuing to work without giving me an answer or my item i had to ask several times if i was gonna get my missing item and it was the same finally after repeatedly asking for my item i finally got it but as this was going on i watched these workers continually mess up other peoples orders. The one young lady had very long fingernails and could barely pick things up properly people where coming back left and right with messed up orders it was absolutely horrid then i opened one of the sandwiches and it had hair on it i was so over it at that point

First Of All We Sat In The Drive-Thru For About 20 Minutes Just For Us To Receive Cold, Messed Up And Sloppy Food. Our Fries Were Cold Our Burger Was Wrong Not Once But Twice And Our Snack-Wrapp Was Sloppy. I Called To Speak To The Manager And She Was No Help At All And Let Me Just Say Flat Out RUDE!! If Zero Stars Could Be Giving Thats What This Store Would Of Got It! This Store Is Unprofessional And It’s A Shame.

I honestly don't even know what to really say💀 2⭐⭐ special ED university.

Always slow, always wrong. Tonight they’re closed but serving to door dash so I got stuck sitting in a ten minute line for no reason at all.

Still forgot my napkin..were quick tonight..

Bad service ! More than enough people to work but not working. And the place is filthy

Was stuck in the drive thru for over an hour and was not able to pull out. Then when I finally got my food everything was cold or wrong

Staff are more interested in joking around and visiting with each other than getting the job done

I haven't had any problems with the food, it's a great location for a McDonald's in the Westwood Neighborhood when I don't want to cook or if I just want something for dinner, or lunch. The only problem is that they take too long, since they are running out of employees I suppose, but the service in general is good besides not being the expected time of delivery.

Nobody replied at the speaker, so I drove around to the window. Another car was there and I waited FOREVER for them to leave. I pulled up to the window. The girl there told me that they weren't serving for a while because there were only 2 people working and they couldn't do everything, but I could order Door dash if I wanted to. What? How is this open 24 hours as the sign says? Service here has really gone downhill. From the other reviews here it appears that the management doesn't care. Won't be back!

The place is usually always busy but sometimes when they are not busy yu still may have to wait a second. The drive thru is always the worst idea if yu are in a hurry.

45 minute wait for food. Workers have zero discipline and even less work ethic. Last time at this McDonald's for me.
