This Walmart is a very clean and organized. Very nice people music not bad. But price tags are very hard to read. Also not much help In the evening's wen you need something unlocked. But overall pretty good...

Super Walmarts have everything the rest don't. There is an Unsweet tea brand that was discontinued where I'm from but still sold the sweetened version. This Wal-Mart still sells both. As someone who doesn't like lemon or sugar or any other fruity things in their tea, this was an important purchase for me. Self checkout is great. I was in and out.

I really like the new carts that they have now.

I’ve stopped by the Walmart Supercenter on Pinebrook Boulevard in Bend while staying at the Riverhouse On The Deschutes while working in the area. This way I pick up items that I might need or want as I stay the week here.The store has an open feel to it and the selection of items is good. There are a lot of good options and the staff is very friendly and helpful.Nice large parking lot.Convenient location that is easy to see from the street.

I honestly would give this a 0 star if I could strictly cause our cashier was so incredibly rude. Other than that everything was great! Our cashier at the bend Walmart on the night of April 19th, was a taller male with bleach blonde hair and glasses. The man infront of us blocked us in to reach around us in line and he said “um, you guys should have moved back” sorry, we were trapped in. I went to stand at the end of the line and he said “oh you are going to stand down there now?” As I was annoyed with him and went to wait outside he said to my friend, who had accidentally grabbed the wrong size of pants “you need to check the pant size before you bring it up to me” ..so so rude. I understand that it is a hard time, I also work in customer service, no reason to treat people so rudely. Wish he could just be nicer to people during this hard time

A way to provide feedback during a trip is needed. Twice maps directed me to make illegal/impossible turn at Pinecrest and Bend highway. You can't cross bend highway there, there is a median divider preventing it, so no left turn is possible onto the highway or from the highway.I'm not familiar with this area, so probably have the wrong street names. If Maps provided a way to report a wrong/impossible/illegal direction en route, it would make it easier and more accurate.After 10 minutes idea of additional driving through a church parking lot, etc, I eventually got to Wal-Mart, so I give two stars instead of one.

Very big grocery store in a medium size town.Spacious parking. Remote location.

Hard to find help no registers open except scan and go. I'm tired of walking mart making me work for free. Maybe if they gave me a 20% discount to scan my own.Bag my own. They should have more paid employees. Give better service.

Great selection and prices. Customers are fairly normal people!

As a trucker I spent a lot of money with Walmart stores as they have parking for big rigs 50% of the time. I have to say this was the best Walmart I have visited in quite some time! They had everything I wanted and needed and the store was organized and clean.

The evidence of very poor management is brutally obvious. The employees,with exception of a few, are to be commended, for their efforts to do well, under such circumstances. I don't like to shop there.

This walmart has security that is almost to a a marshal law level. Very much "under the eye". There can't possibly there this much theft to justify having $5 razors under lock and key.

Walmart is pretty much run the same no matter where you go, because they’re corporate. However, this one clearly has irresponsible and lackluster leadership. The complete disregard for decency I experienced from management was almost unbelievable. Would give 0 stars!

All in all I like shopping at Walmart; however, I'm not satisfied with how my problem was handled by a CSM. Whenever I buy an item, I search for the Great Value brand first. If the store is out of this item, it is the store's fault, not mine. I have been able to buy the name brand for the price of the Great Value brand twice before no matter how many I need. The last couple of times, the item I want to buy is out. The CSM handling the situation did not want to satisfy the difference between the GV and name brand. I insisted on talking with the store manager and he agreed to match one item while I had 3. I told him it was the principle of the matter and one would be better than none. The price difference was less than $2 and I don't think Walmart is losing any money.

Staff always helpful, down to earth and no b.s. always a good experience when shopping or returns... They make it easy! Thank you Wal-Mart employees!
