McDonald's

Had the McRib. Very tasty! Fries were ok. Best when they come fresh from the fryer. After they cool, not so great!

It was McDonald's, the staff were very polite though that always makes for a good visit

Still slow, but getting better having food right and on time.

They've never gotten an order wrong. Though the staff could be a little less snippy and the sweet tea could use a lot less sugar than they are using. And that's coming from someone raised in the south! This place does get the job done though :)

I had to pull in a parking spot and wait for my order of 2 cheese burgers. It took 5 minutes.

Morning shift is chaotic. I visited yesterday, I ordered one Mcgriddle meal for myself. I waited in line for about 14 minutes before I got to the window. As soon as I pulled up, they pulled me into a reserved pickup parking spot stating that they are still waiting on my food. After 14 minutes? Weird but okay. I sat in the parking space for another 5-6 minutes as I watched about 4 other cars have their food turned over to them. Finally, a nice young man brought me my food. The Mcgriddle was burnt to an extent that I would never eat, and the drive through was so frustrating that I decided it would be less stressful and time consuming for me to drive away and eat at Burger King. I was right!

You denied a truck driver food while this is going on you should be closed the only people worthy of using a resteraunt is truckers at this time they are why people are getting that they need. That being said cleanliness is poor employee attitudes even worse and this was before you refused a truck driver I've been to your location on a few occasions and have a poor experience everytime overcooked food wait almost 15-20 minutes for food just to have part of my order missing. It is being made known that you refused to serve that trucker he put you on blast and Gratiot county residents are eager to help him share his experience.

Smallish seating area, but very nice and clean.

Went through the drive through and they told me that they were making fresh fries and asked me to pull off and wait. 20 minutes later I got my food with cold fries and they were all small hard pieces 😭. Very disappointed

This place is a nightmare, wrong order, waiting too long. This is the reason I don't come here.

Awesome coffee and muffins....must get there early if you want to get your hands in the orange cranberry.

Don't see the reason behind tearing down a building instead of remolding. Big bucks spent fir what? I do not use the self ordering machines either. U prefer human contact.

Waited 20 minutes for fries. Large fry was the size of a small fry. Sandwiches was cold
