Drive-through terrible. Can never get my order correct. Cant believe they cant read the screen.

Everytime,you go its a different price. I am better off preparing home burgers than buying. If they just keep same pricing.

Had a very good experience in this spot with my daughter. The food comes out quickly and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are fair.

The location at Blackstone and divisadero didn't even deserve the one star. Lady was very rude and it was their mess up. Poor customer service.

It's usually a very busy place. The locale makes it easy to get to by car, bus or foot and it's close to the hospital and downtown. I'm usually there for an ice cold drink, so I won't comment on food service at this time.

there is literally like 4 if not 5 McDonald's on Kings canyon alone every few Street lights up seems like a lil much but that's just me I guess, anyway the app they have with deals and ordering online makes things way easier if ur in a rush which is the only time it's ever ok 4 meet 2 eat their version of food.

Rude customer service! Waited over 10 mins for fresh fries and when I finally got them it was only half way filled

Giving this place a 2 star. My chicken nuggets were half fresh and half old like they've been sitting for awhile as while as my fries.

Personality. 85% long wait and wrong order. Our last visit, we waited 35 minutes for our order. They had us park in reserve 1, along with three other cars also waiting for their orders. At the end they made up for the wait with 2 complementary Happy meal, but still our original order was wrong. Also, having kiddos in the car while having a parade of panhandlers approaching for monies, food or asking if I want a "date" is something else.Not McDonald's fault, but if you do go and with kiddos, please practice hypervigilance.

The employees there were very conscientious, but I think they need a little bit more training and confidence.

I used to love going to this McDonald's because it was quick. However during their construction, they've been randomly closed, open, closed, open, closed; then the drive-thru is open, closed, open, closed. It changes everyday without warning. I've wasted multiple mornings trying to get breakfast there, just to find something randomly closed. Terrible, terrible job planning a remodel. Never going back to that McDonald's, not ever.
