McDonalds

Went here after a long day at the parks to grab the kids something. My wife and I also got a burger and we both said it was probably the best mcdonalds burger we have ever had.

For my first time ever in Kissimmee FL before leaving to my home here in North Carolina we stopped here and eat lunch and stocked up on cheese burgers got 15 of them I really loved the service and the people were very nice better than our mc Donald's here actually the burgers where made exactly the way we wanted them perfect and I really enjoyed the shamrock shake delicious .and it was fast didn't have to wait long at all .

While walking to the entrance of this McDonald's, it smelled so bad. It made us want to turn around and get back in the car. The design is also unsafe since the entrance is directly in front of the drive through window. Inside was not very clean. We waited 10 minutes while 3 employees stood behind the counter talking to each other or staring into space. They did not greet anyone or even speak. They were not doing anything. Finally, one employee, who was the manager, rudely said, "I can't take your order. You need to use the kiosk." He was not doing anything! We refused to use the kiosk (we want humans to have jobs). He took our order but was not pleasant. While eating, we saw 5 different customers go back to the counter to return their orders because they were done wrong. No employee apologized. They took the sandwich, threw it in the trash and got another one. There was no customer service or concern for doing a good job.

Waited exactly 30 mins and still no food. I understand it is Christmas but I've seen people get their food before me even though they ordered after me! First time here and I will never come back!

stopped by for drive-thru around 7:30am on a Thursday before going to the parks - not much of a line and they had a sign that said something like “if it takes longer than 60 seconds to get your food once you pay, you get a free breakfast sandwich next visit” - took like 3 minutes (not a big deal, still pretty quick) but when we brought it up to the lady at the window she rolled her eyes and took another couple minutes to get us the coupon. They should have these ready to go if they know they are running slow. To add insult to injury, they got my order wrong. Not even worth going back to fix it. Ate the biscuit I didn’t order grudgingly but it tasted like betrayal.

Disgusting.. ordered big mac and burgers, both no taste and almost burnt. Black around edges. Food was like warm.

Been to this McDonald's four times now. Slowest McD's on the planet. Not once have they got order correct, usually forget to give you drink cups. Staff are usually standing around, playing on their phones. Took three minutes and another customers help to attract a staff member to get some ketchup. Despite being within touching distance of two staff and a manager. Will say when you get what you order, it is usually of a high standard. Seems to me, this branch is trying to do away with the stigma of 'fast food' by being so slow.

This location had amazing customer service. Richard and Debbie were very helpful and stayed on top of our orders. He offered to refill our coffee and take our trash. It was really busy but the line moved quickly and all the servers were very nice.

For that time your wife insists on getting to Disney an hour before rope drop and the resort you are staying at doesn't have coffee or breakfast out yet. When functioning outside of the haze of jet lag still feels like a distant reality, and the likelihood of being crowded by loud and annoying children before the saving dose of caffeine kicks in is an imminent threat: McDonald's comes in for a win! And the whole family begins to benefit from this pit stop that is conveniently just outside the entrance to the parks.

So the pies at this place are literally the worst. They have obviously been left out in the warmer over night, I couldn't even bite the dang thing. It's all rubbery inside and dry as heck outside.

This is the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. I use the digital ordering boards in the front. It takes a second or two longer to place your order because you're navigating their menu yourself but I think they really Pride themselves on making sure that their timing are fast with usage of that system. No sooner that I sit down then my entire order for breakfast meals were ready. The place was crowded but they had a great flow to everything and absolutely zero wait for the food. I highly recommend this one in comparison to others and I will return.

Food was hot and fresh as always, but the staff were rude. I understand that busy nights can be annoying and stressful, but having worked in food, I can attest to there never being a legitimate reason to be rude to pleasant guests, which is what happened tonight.

Can always count on McDonald's to have consistently good food pretty much whichever store you go too.

Really nice people work here. Service was fast too. I appreciate that.

The worse fast food ever if you consider this as a fast food it’s very stupid to be waiting 1 f......ing hour to pick your food and they don’t do anything about it they should consider to take this Macdonald out it this area it’s sucks very f......ing bad
