McDonald's

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING!!! After waiting 28 minutes in the stall for online ordering I finally drove to the drive through and was told they had to wait 12 minutes for apple pies! I could barely hear thru the speaker due to the employees screaming and laughing in the background. Finally got my order only to arrive home to find they forgot the happy meal for the child in the house!!! I understand that times are difficult which is why I thought ordering online was helping out to make it easier.

This place has the best service of all McDonald's in Cincinnati.! Especially in the mornings. The guy @ the first window will tell about deals you don't even know about. Like bring your receipt back and get a free burger. Not just that but their food was hot when it comes out the window. I've never been to a McDonald's like this. Good job to everyone working there.

I have been to this place 4 different times and the ice cream machine has been down all 4 times months apart. There is often a 20 minute wait even if there is no one in the drive through. Sometimes there is good service typically during breakfast hours however Diner service is the worst. Food is generally pretty good. Breakfast workers are very nice.

A great McDonald's. Quality food, good variety and neatly served. Friendly satff.

This McDonald’s is obviously struggling. They are real stingy with their hot sauce. They seem to think - for each burritos is enough. They literally argue with giving you extra packs. I winder how lose the are with the food preparation. Oh well White Castle breakfast is better anyway.

This is my local McDonald's and I would suggest that this location is a pretty veteran crew. Efficient drive through at pretty much any "normal" hour, good usage of the "tihrd window" to keep things moving, only the occasional order hiccup. Approved.
