A friend and I was grabbing a refreshment. And after getting are drinks a costumer approached us with twelve dollars to leave the establishment. SHAME ON MCDONALD'S AND THE CUSTOMERS THAT APPROACHED US LIKE THAT.

Ordered at kiosk and had to pay at register because the coupon scanner not working. Waited for 5-6 minutes for someone to acknowledge and help us. After we received out order we asked for ketchup and was informed they were completely out. Men's restroom floor was wet from one end to the other......nasty..

This is my least favorite of any McDonald's in Knoxville. The few times I've been there the employees don't seem to care if you come back or not.

It doesnt really should get a one star. Stop last night to eat an was get run out cau se was in a hear to close. They was rude to us. An got six order wrong an that was in drive thru. The bad part was our food was cold and they still was rude. But it was only 10:45 . Some needs to check on this place or get better management.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I ordered at the kiosk to dine in. We placed our order at 6:23 pm and didn’t receive our food and drinks until 6:50pm. I watched the cashier/food bagger grab our food that had been sitting there since shortly after we placed our order. All of our food was cold but didn’t have time to return for a refund because my kids have to be in bed soon. Poor management and organization. Behind the counter was completely filthy and watched many employees handle money and then touch food. Definitely will never come back here. I would recommend taking the extra few minutes to drive to Fountain City location.
