Wait forever for your order to be wrong. They don't have 75% of anything. Rude, dirty, disgusting. Words cant Express this location and I'm from the Baltimore DC area. Please RIP out that "kids area" before someone contacts Ronald disease

I went to this mcdonalds 3 times in the span of 2 weeks. Each time it was almost worse than the last. It was renovated a few yrs ago so it is sleek and modern. One time i went at 5pm on a saturday the doors were locked. No sign nothing. The drivethrough was open. I had planned a meeting with some people and sit down. Finally someone vame out and said that so many people no showed they couldnt open dining room. She then sat there and smoked a cigarette and played with jer phone for 20 min. Very disappointing. Store was very messy other 2x i went in.

The employees are SO rude. I asked for one moment while ordering and the cashier yelled, “hello?!” with an attitude. The ice cream machine is never operating correctly and they are always out of something.

Clean, made use of one of their advertised special deals. All, in all good value. Clean. Staff was courteous and respectful Will go again.

Quiet mid-afternoons are common at this store. Nice time for a senior coffee.

Very rude employees, playing around behind the counter, no one but one person knew what she was doing. The food was just thrown together, I know McDonald's is it exactly a five-star restaurant but the food was horrendous.

15 min for a Quarter pounder meal. No cup lids. Drink area was sticky with old spills. 9 employees on phones while wearing gloves. Wearing pants under their rear ends. Everyone moving in slow motion. Fries were not salted, at least they were hot. Floor was filthy. Less than pleasant experience.

Wow. This is absolutely the nastiest, dirtiest, most disgusting place I have ever seen. When you walk in it looks like it was trashed. On my visit I waited 20 mins for a kids meal. I never got it and left. Every table was pure disgusting. People were demanding refunds for their food. The employees didn't care at all. The ice was all over the counter and floor. There were no lids. Everything was so bad I was genuinely scared to eat the food that they would have prepared so I left. This place should be shut down.

Everybody that works at this location is dumber than a box of rocks. How do you forget to put fries in a kids meal box?

If I could give zero stars I would. Third time here. The food tastes and has the texture of sitting around and then being microwaved. Had an egg and cheese biscuit the outside was like warm the bread was gooey soft, the cheese was melted all over the wrapper and the inside of the egg was like molten lava hot. Couldnt even get my coffee order right 6 sugars 2 creams. Got 3 sugars and 2 creams.... Went another time and got a chicken sandwich that was like eating a breaded sponge dipped in hot sauce the bread on it was crumbling and falling apart. Every time I go the sandwiches are half wrapped and hanging out of the wrapper. This place is garbage dont go. Horribly managed and if this is privately owned I would be embarassed as the owner.

Now see I had given 5 stars previously but once again I'm having to change it because I continously get wrong orders, and the food is stale, hard and old. But the cashiers are so friendly. But friendly staff doesn't triumph over poor quality food. 2 stars

Horrible experience every time. Received cold, dry and stale McChicken and fries - a pretty simple order. My wife and I went back to ask for a fresh one, and received even worse customer service, no apologies or even a basic aknowledgement of the problem. We pulled forward and waited, only to be handed the same exact food - the sandwich had clearly been sloppily rewrapped and the food wash just thrown in a microwave.I don't know why I ever even try going to this location. It's embarrassing and awful, even for a McDonald's.

Strongly advise u to go to the one on Pelham DownTown greenville and Lauren's rd all the other ones suck

Cold fries, looked like the fish patti was literally cut in half, I paid for shredded lettuce on the sandwich and got all of six strand of lettuce. And can never get a frappe between the hour of 8pm - 10pm...since mid October!

The service was good enough for 4 stars
