so you have 2 drive thru windows, and I order a cheeseburger and frie, and i have to park in special order parking... stop this madness!

Place an order at store 1320, was missing chicken McNuggets. Called the store and was told they could not help me. What kind of scam are you pulling on customers. They pay for an order, but items are missing from it. They don't even refund you any money back. What kinda of service is this. I am so discussed with the service. I will never order food from you people again. All you do is rip people off.

plastic straws are a real concern for me here and the spoons for their ice cream could be made of bamboo, there are many ways to fight climate change and all of them are affordable for such a wealthy business

My father a senior and I were at the drive thru this morning at the greystone walk location. He placed the order 2 coffees one was seniors. The drive thru attendant rudely says under her breath “now you tell me”. We get to the window I ask the girl if I can speak to whomever took the order and I’m told “she’s my boss”. Lovely management staff you have!

No ethic no food safety, they may be the one who is spreading germs and viruses to our communities. Visited to have a burger not a bug. Disgusting company with no food integrity nor any responsibility on human health. They said they will follow up after collecting the evidence but no contact ever after. Let’s see what people have to say about this.

McDonalds at Ritson road south in Oshawa has too many hands trying to fill orders!!!!… I was at the Ritson south McDonalds in Oshawa and ordered for the family and my kids 6 piece chicken nugget meals were not there when I got home....too far to go to go back to get them and yes It was my fault for not checking the bag before I drove off...but they ALWAYS screw up the orders... Is there not someone over looking things to make sure all is right?....I usually have troubles at the drive through that is why I always go in store to order and now they are screwing the orders in store now also....The last 2 times my order has been a mess....Again too many hands working on one order

'For Here' option needs sit-in plates and cutlery, like in A&W. Homier feel and easy to sort at the end. I usually pass up on McD's for A&W for that reason, but that doesn't need to be the case.

Please start offering refillable and reusable options.Stop supporting trash pollution of the earth.Lead change. You won’t just earn customers for life. You’ll earn customers for generations!

Extremely polluting company worlwide! Plus the food is sooo bad for you! I got really sick numerous times after eating there... They need to change the whole company and products to healthy and non polluting, no more plastics and single use stuff!

McDonalds in Fergus is amazing but always SO busy. Might be time that Fergus gets a second McDonalds in the North end, perhaps one with a Playland. If I had the cash I would get a francise.

I deeply appreciate that you make your washrooms available to all, and don't expect someone to buy a meal just to have a wash. But PLEASE eliminate the PLASTIC - you know it's doable.

McDonalds is one of the top five plastic polluters in Canada. All over the place I see their packaging in natural spaces. I find their food okay, but I'll never consider eating there unless they switch to a more sustainable model. Companies must do their part in saving our future.
