Came to this place at 11:00pm after a long day at Kings Island. When we walked in not a single staff member walked up to the counter to take our order so we eventually had to use the kiosk. To top it off instead of getting the people inside the lobby done first they continued to finish drive thru orders even though it’s a 24 hour DT. The manager also had a horrible attitude towards the customers. Some customers were trying to walk in at 10:55 (5 minutes before lobby closes) and the staff were yelling at them in an attitude. We eventually got our food after 35 minutes of waiting. One of the worst customer service places that I have been to.

Stopped in around 12:00am just got in from Jacksonhole Wy. Sausage sandwich old old old hard as a rock. Bought other 2 sandwich’s for breakfast 11:15 am scared to open them.Nothing fresh if in warmer it must have been hours cheese had run off onto paper. Also tried to call store 11:15 am on Friday to talk to someone. Phone rang 20 times no answer. Also ridiculous wait only 2 cars ahead of us. Never been to McDonals late and never again.

It was only 10:40, had to go through the drive thru twice to get noticed, at least 5 other people drove away from behind us while waited for our food (presumably because no one was taking orders) and as we left we watched a car drive behind us and also get into the drive thru a second time to hopefully get noticed by drive thru operator. Not the best experience but food turned out well and the staff was friendly if unattentive

Another wasted trip. The hours clearly say open until 11p. The lights are off, but there are still three or four cars in the parking lot. Either fix the hours to reflect the correct closing time or have a talk with your employees about closing down more than an hour before they are supposed to.

The employees were very rude. I stood at the register for 10mins while another employee stock the store. So I ask was i going to be helped? The female employee held up one finger I guess to tell me to wait. I stood there for another five minutes and still wasn't helped. I just decided to leave after 15mins of waiting. And I could have understood if it was busy but just me and another angry customer. Worst experience ever.

Not receipt in drive thru, employee had horrible customer service. Did not get napkins with my order. This is the second bad experience at this location in the last week.

My complaint about this visit is not with the employees at the store, but with the McDonald's app. At 10:50, I tried to do a mobile order and pay of a daily special:$5 for a chicken sandwich, fries and a Coke. The app told me that deal was not available at that time. So instead I ordered a sausage biscuit and a frappe. When I got to the restaurant, they informed me that they had already stopped making sausage biscuits at 10:30. Since I had already used an app coupon on the frappe, of course it would not let me use the app coupon for the chicken sandwich meal. So I ended up with just a frappe and no food. Pretty exasperating. The app should not allow you to order food that the restaurant is no longer making. And if the restaurant stopped breakfast at 10:30, why wasn't the chicken sandwich deal available at 10:50?

Ordered. Waited in line and get to window only to be told that order wasn't taken. Waited an extra ten minutes for order to come out. Not good.

got in line at 9:40. been in line til now, which is 11:00. haven’t ordered yet and couldn’t get out of line. when i got to the speaker, they turned off the lights and wouldn’t take my order. i have a long drive home and needed to stop quickly and am very frustrated at this experience.

Every time I go here something is messed up, like asking for extra pickles and getting no pickles, missing sandwiches or sides. Most of the employees are rude and blunt. I dont expect much from fast food chains, but everytime?? I've been going to give more chances and because of the convenient location near my work, but I won't be going anymore. There's another one down the road.

Honestly............ Didn't care for the service at all. Walked up to the counter to order and the first thing the girl asks, "Did you order from the kiosk already?" I told her no. Her next words were "Can you plea..... What would you like?" She was about to tell me to go order from the kiosk, isn't that what she gets paid to do....... Take the order of the person wanting food. Younger generation is getting lazier by the moment with all this technology. The kiosk is taking their jobs because they feel they need $12.00 a freaking hour on their first job. Rant over.

Fast drive thru service. Food a little over cooked in general but he breakfast burritos were definitely not warmed long enough.

So I go to this McDonald’s all the time and the service is average. This time it was different. Michael, who looked like he was there by himself, absolutely KILLED it! The promptness, the quality of the food, it was all amazing. If I’m correct I’m pretty sure Michael took my order, took my payment, as well as tossed together my food and my McFlurry all within 2 minutes. He was literally speed walking around trying out make sure my food got out hot and quick. This guy deserves recognition and a raise!!!!

Thanks Michael you were the only one with a smiling face. Not even the manager looked at me and smiled. you did a great job resolving a problem with an Uber pickup. I hope you keep it up and go far. In case there's other Micheal 's you're the tall dark handsome One.

We came to this McDonald's with 2 buses of highschool kids and we were all served hot food in a reasonable time for 50-60 people. Whoever worked Saturday February 10th 2024 around 8pm deserves a raise!!
