McDonald's

This Wasn’t my first visit; many many visits and never an order completed correctly. Don’t order Egg McMuffins. Period. End of story. For whatever reason, they don’t put the Canadian bacon on them!!!!!!!!!! This is not the first one at this location that has been like this.

Unfortunately it's typical McDonald's though I like the decor at this location far better than the Dell Range or Lincolnway Restaurants. Also a summer seasonal headache is the Ice cream machine or the milkshake machines are out of order/ are under repair every summer on clockwork.

Second time in a row I've been ignored at the drive through. There's two lanes and whoever comes after is always served first. All three employees looked at me when I walked into the lobby then proceeded to ignore me. Again. Horrible mcdonalds, which is saying a lot. . . . .

Stopped to get some food for the road, but the lady at the drive through said they were closed. Google says they are open til midnight. It was 10:55pm. Somebody is wrong.

Great people and in this crisis, they allow walking truckers to order through their drive through window then stand behind yellow line to wait on their food.

The staff was very nice, but the soda tastes like there is cleaner in it every time we go and this last trip the patties were burnt outside and raw inside.I was very disappointed and we were already on the road and couldn't turn around.

I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich meal. What I ACTUALLY got was a buttermilk jerky chicken sandwich SLAPPED on a bun with mayo leaking out every side. Tomatos and lettuce sliding off the bun due to the sheer amount of sauce that must have been put on with a pressure washer. In addition, what tasted like day-old fries warmed in the microwave. Which anyone who has tried to microwave fries knows what that tastes like. To anyone thinking of eating here, DON’T. Drive yourself on into Cheyenne to eat at Chick-Fil-A where they probably have prayed over your food, took the time to place each tomato carefully, and made you some fresh fries.

One always knows what to expect from McDonalds. That said, different franchises are either well maintained or just maintained. This one is always clean. Staff here are friendly and always helpful.

The French fries are always great as long as they are hot..

I feel they need more staff, sign says "hiring" they work hard evident, so bare with them for the time being, 11/5/2019 ♦♣♥♠

Lobby closed and won't do walk up drive through orders after 7 I showed up at 7:10 pm its still daylight they couldn't take my order like you've gotta be kidding me there ain't nothing open for truck drivers anymore
