It's like every other McDonalds. That being said, the service is usually decent and my order is right most of the time. I've been eating this location for about 18 months and have never had any real problems.

It's a friendly McDonald's, though they seem on the cusp of new and automated versus old-school.After ordering at the counter (no kiosks) there's a separate counter for collecting the meal. Sometimes they bring the meal to your table, sometimes they wait for you, sometimes they bring you the drinks while the meal sits on counter unannounced.Oh, and if you ever go to pee or retrieve your phone when your order comes up, chaos ensues as no one knows what to do.The staff is great, though. Always are. Once they get an order kiosk and a table number tent, they'll be "golden". (get it?)

McDonalds have always been hit & miss. Sometimes you get good service and fresh food. While other times you get one or the other......or neither one. My rating is for the hit & miss type of service that McDonalds gives it's customers, not for my recent visit described below.My most recent visit, I ordered 2 sausage, egg & cheese biscuits, 2 sausage biscuits, 4 hash browns and a caramel frappe. I was charged for everything. Got home and realized that neither SEC biscuits didn't have cheese on them. I wasn't told that there wouldn't be any cheese on my sandwiches. The sandwiches were not discounted to reflect the lack of cheese.
