Fast food is not fast here every place is slow and never have icecream not just 1 location all locations its getting to be anoying

Service is hit or miss... Never had an issue with the food, always hot!

I went to McDonald's in New Albany on Charlestown Road it's usually pretty good but today they was moving very slow and it took forever just to get food

Sandwiches greasy and burnt, hair in my food. Usually no problems,but l guess you n a hurry today

Triple check your order and try not to get the strung out druggie taking your order who doesnt even know the menu. Probably better off eating off the ground outside since the burger and fries tasted like they had been sitting for over 3 hours under the lamp

Always a problem never get my complete order... poor management I guess? Never focused on doing there one job!

Good polite service. Order correct. Quarter pounder was not cooked all way through. Very pink throughout.

I won't go to this McDonalds ever again. Took forever to get our food, and the store is a dirty mess.

Today's experience was HORRIBLE. Drove right up and ordered immediately. Paid at first window abs then went to pick up window. They asked me ro pull into a mobile order parking space. WAITED ALMOST FIFTEEN MINUTES. Called restuarant and they said they had a problem with their machine. Asked if I wanted extra stuff. I said... I want my food. I was late to work after they finally brought my items out. That young guy didn't even apologize for making me wait forever. Would give negative or no stars if i could.

I stopped by here for my lunch break and They have a very nice staff that make's sure you get everything you ask for, i was very pleased.

This particular McDonalds location is one of the most quick and efficient locations I have ever been to. The drive-thru could have 10 cars in it and I will still feel confident that I will be back on the road in less than 10 minutes. For the most part, the staff is pretty friendly and my order has only been wrong once, but there is one particular (younger) girl that is not very friendly and works in the mornings.

A lot of problems with getting the orders right. I once ordered a "plain" quarter pounder. It was plain alright, no cheese, no shredded lettuce, no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, no tomatoes, and believe it or not, " no meat" all I got was a toasted bun.... Lol

The Customer service is very hired. Always friendly and get the orders correct.
