McDonald's

I had good service. I would have given five star. but one of the cleaner of the lobby, he was using the floor broom to clean the sets. Makes me wonder, what I'm setting on.

What’s going on with the shortage of staff?? I’m literally here waiting 15 minutes to place an order at the drive-thru with a line of vehicles waiting for who knows how long. Never had an issue before tonight.Help your staff and make sure you have the coverage in personnel to be as efficient as you’ve been!! The employee with the headset was very apologetic and elaborated on the fact that he’s on his own dealing with orders and running the orders out!! Worst service yet!! I love this particular restaurant but you guys (Management) need to get it together!! The Area supervisor and or General manager of this store... needs to look into this issue! And take care of it!

I've never gone to a worse McD's. Fries tasted microwaved. Nuggets were old. This is consistent over months. I don't get it?

Just ordered a happy meal and 6 piece chicken nuggets ask for no onions on my cheese burger also for my food to be fresh there was onions on my food and everything was cold

Pretty good burgers, but really poor service.

Normally when I visit this McDonald's, the service is very good. However, on this particular visit, the service was not very good. For some reason the employees, except for one, were not paying any attention to or did not seem to care about the front register. The one employee who was paying attention was so overwhelmed that he could not concentrate on getting the orders out correctly and efficiently. I waited for my food well over 15 minutes. I was hoping to see a supervisor or manager on the floor but I didn't.I am hoping that by the next time I return the service will have improved.

Bland service...that’s not what I got. I was served by a exceptional young lady. I don’t know her name but she was into her job and made everyone welcome. Not what you usually expect for a McDonald’s in Fontana.

This is great McDonald's...always very clean, and the food is usually prepared neatly and quickly. The staff is good at what they do and always seem to have smiles on their faces. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

Cleanest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. They can be slow in the early afternoon hours. Just have patience. No need to get mad when you dont get enough pickles. It can use a little more seating though.

They got my order wrong. Sadly the fries were cold and rubbery. They forgot 2 times. The wait time was a lot. The manager on duty gave me attitude when I asked for new fries.

They give me wrong order I have to wait I ask for catchup they did put any. One of the fillet of fish was old I can see it was dark 😥..

I spent $35 bought two double bacon bbq burgers and one quarter pounder. The bbq were missing the onion ring pieces and failed to put xtra pickles, I called when I got home and the next day, they never answer the phone, so I went to get a replacement of the 3 sandwiches talk to a manager named graciela she refused to replace them stating they had ran out of the onions and that because I didn't call the night before and then ignored me and embarrassed me in front of customers.i had my receipt and pictures.

I work right by this McDonald's and every time I want to give it another chance and go back I end up leaving upset because of how long it takes and of how many things are missing in my order I have to go back every time I have gone there to complain about missing items I wount be going here anymore. As I'm writing this I'm sitting infront of a McDonald's badg with missing items from my order.

Drive thru didn't work, had to wait 8 min in car for prefer. Got home and order was wrong ☹️ had to go back. Bad experience.
