McDonald's

I used the Uber Eats to order some food from here. The meal never arrived. I opened the Google map and found they were off duty! But my order is still waiting for the driver. I called them and no one answered.

Bad service asked for a certain sauce for my daughter and they didn’t tell me they were out they just gave me what they wanted me to have. For past experiences we knew to check the bag before pulling off, I sat there at the window and asked for the correct sauce and they told me “we out” and shut the window.

This is the cleanest McDonald's in Lee County. And the employees are super nice and attentive. It also has a really nice indoor playground. I've been here several times with my family and the service is consistent and clean.

Good fast food...

It'll be a long time before I ever spend my hard earned money at this place again. Couldn't even get my tea right. and there just been so many other times that they would just mess up on the order.

On 1/23/20 I used the drive-thru to order a Diet Coke and side salad. I didn't check it until I got home, 25 miles away. My "salad " consisted of a few mixed greens. That's all! Also, it was out dated! The "enjoy by" date was 1/21/20. This salad was my entire lunch. I was extremely disappointed.

My experience here was not good. The sweet tea was unsweetened. The fountain drinks were all flat. After waiting 20 minutes for food I went up to the counter where a customer that came in after me got their food quickly. When I sat down to eat there weren't any pickles on my burgers and I asked for extra. You'd think if it took 20 minutes to make then it would be right, but nope. Took an extra 5 minutes to get my pickles. Manger did not even care. Don't go here.

Service was great inside was clean food is consistent big inside big parking lot inside play place good location cheap prices sweet tea was very sugary and bitter good stop for lunch our to bring kids for a play date

Went through the drive through at 920pm. They told us to pull forward and we waited for 30min before a lady came out and said ‘ohhhhh i forgot that order’. Waited another 10 min and they finally had the order. 40 min and I still had mayo on my McChicken... just go to the other open spots down the road. Not worth the hassle.

Worst experience every time! Why do we keep coming back! The wait is always way to long and food half cooked. Waited 15 min in drive thru and there was no one there!!! Should never take that long in a drive thru!!! “Fast food”

Worse of the worse McDonald ever BAD customer service and POOR management always under staff. Drive thru is always slow and always asking you to pull up or come in to place your order so whats the purpose of the drive thru here? If I could give zero stars I would because they don't deserve not one....... Avoid this place/location by all means especially if you're in a hurry and looking for a hot meal.

Today, I purchased 4 buttermilk crispy chicken sandwiches, but they had a small piece of chicken. Bread was burned and none of them had tomatoes.

I have been eating at this McDonald's for 27 years. In the past two weeks I have been snapped at and blamed for employees getting my order wrong twice. It's sad, because I love the regional manager...her "niece" - the current morning manager on Friday mornings? Threw in my face just now after making me late for work by ringing me up for no food, two sauces, and a drink and making me come inside-was hugely unapologetic and a is bad example to other employees as a manager there now. 27 years and never again. Things never remain truly good!!

Consistently slow service and cold food. They need new management.

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. I've had multiple items not given to me on several different trips. Waited 20+ minutes for a milkshake I paid for and never received. Customer service here is bad. This McDonald's needs to get their stuff together.
