Well I just visit McDonald's to use the Wi-Fi and use the restroom I bought a double cheeseburger I'm going to sit down and eat it and I will get back to you I'll let y'all know about it other than that the 2 for 3 good deal if you up on a budget

Maybe I might be crazy but this absolutely doesn't make any sense. I understand having two lanes for ordering, but if you ask someone if they are ready to order but you say you need a second I understand going to the next line to ask the other lane if they are ready but you'd think once you took the other lanes order you'd switch back but no this McDonald's decided it was ok to keep ordering for the lane i wasn't in instead of coming back to my side and took every order in the opposite lane before switching back to me as I was waiting terrible customer service I shouldn't have to wait for the whole lane to be cleared before switch back to my lane when I was ready after the 1st car ordered

Fast food is fast food but ran through quick before work and they were on point. Quick, accurate, and polite! Early morning crew just after 7am. The crew works well together or was having a Great work day!

Alot of homeless inside. Hard to get to the kiosk to order. But after that it was great experience!

This is on Richards boulevard in Sacramento one of the worst McDonald's that has been in the same location for several decades. There are homeless people all over the place in the parking lot. There are two lanes for the drive-thru, they automatically assume you have a mobile app order even if you don't. Your order is screwed up. And why not just make a burger at home it's too expensive and not worth it by yourself some dehydrated onions and avoid this place at all cost it's just horrible and the people that work there didn't even act like they wanted to be there it's always been like that:-(

Mobile order number was confirmed on loudspeaker and by window 1 then all of a sudden things changed once pulled up to window 2. My order vanished and manager with no name badge just resorted to “I’m just following store policy” and “there’s nothing I can do” pawning me off to the 866 number. Showed her emailed receipt, mobile app, bank charge. No refund has been issued and she just handed me someone else’s botched order. Still stating “oh by the way this is going to be a huge loss for our store, I’m just giving away this order” and slamming the door/window. I ordered my breakfast thru the app at 9:26am and it's now 9:45am and have not received my order. This location has the worst service. I can't believe the way they do business. I should have used the drive thru. Why have an app of it isn't going to be any good.

Terrible service and wait time. I knew the moment they took my order I was going to have difficulty. They rushed me through and never asked my drink or sauce with my chicken nuggets, I had to cstch them at the end of their statement of cost to get a word in that I wanted no ice and what sauce I wanted, which was supposedly taken but the receipt showed they weren't paying attention at all. Wrong drink, wrong sauce. The staff were particularly rude about their own mistake and gave me grief the whole way through me correcting their order, promptly forgetting to give me a straw and demanding I give the correct order from now on. Like I know it's McDonald's I am not expecting 5* menu and service but damn did this McDonald's have no class.

This place is so busy that the line take along time to get threw.other than that when I was younger you could go to mcds and feed everyone in the car for about 20 dollas now to buy a mcrib and a bigmack all buy them self's it cost almost that.and I think the Berger's are smaller than they usetobe .but there fry's are good and hot

Mobile orders pickup check in are ignored and I have to go inside. Coffee is cold. Takes 20 minutes to get a hamburger after waiting 10 minutes to place an order.

I absolutely love the girl named Tiffany at the drive thru window. I have been here everyday for the past two weeks and she has always maintained a very personable, friendly, cordial and professional energy each and every time. Normally, that sort of stuff dissipates overtime. NOT Tiffany. She should be aiming high and moving up quickly because she is part of the reason I even bother going thru the drive thru ordeal. Way To Go Tiffany. Good- luck in all that you do. Me and my friends say high 5.

Loved the fries!!!🤘 It had been quite a while since I'd gone to McDonald's. Thank you for not disappointing me for GREAT Fries! I was grateful to get my order fairly quickly and that is always a plus. The parking lot needed to a power washing. Why businesses don't clean up the parking lots more often, I don't know. My shoes go from the grease and grime also have to get into my fairly new car as well. Overall, it was a fair experience. Although, next time I will make use of the drive-thru.

Very nice staff and the food has always been hot and fresh for us. Really appreciate the $1 sodas. Only marked down to 3 stars because the area can be a little rough. Expect to see homeless sitting around or unfortunate people walking in the streets and intersections who are in need of mental health and substance abuse support. Please be very careful when driving the area.

Usually good but this was the "night crew" with obviously a lack of responsible supervision. The drive thru staff was obnoxious talking loud back and forth to each other about non McDonald's related things and the fries were underserved(for $3 I expect a large fry to be filled up to top) and the bun on my big mac was hard in a spot. Very irritated. Ghetto employees and lack of supervision.

Very dirty and incredibly SLOW. Taking forever on everyones order. The table next to had had food all over.
