Staff are friendly and orders are rarely ever gotten wrong. Only downside to this Macca's location is how busy it usually is and thus how loud it gets. Can barely think while in the store, but I rarely stay to dine in. It's fast, easily accessible, and exactly what it says on the tin. It's a Macca's in Albion Park.

Untrained staff at counter. Also kept getting my order wrong. Once I thought I got what I paid for order was still not made as I ordered it. Chips where old and cold. Had to ask for children's toy with happy meal, manager had to come to fix order and I paid extra to cover there stuff up and still didn't receive what I paid for. This is the 3rd time in the last month my order was wrong and from now on I'll be going elsewhere for my meals. Plus one of the burgers was so poorly made that it had mustard and tomato sauce and the pickles in the box and barely on the burger itself and oil dripping out of the box and all over my shorts when I took it out of the bag. It is beyond a joke the service I received today.

Service is good and the restaurant is clean and tidy. It's a lot quieter now that the bypass has gone in, but they appear to still be putting in a lot of effort to keeping the place nice.

If you’re looking to make a donation to McDonald’s this is the perfect place because you pay for your order and never get the food I Waited 30minutes for my meal in an empty restaurant, in the end I clocked on for free and had to walk behind the counter and get my coffee off the bench myself. Terrible service someone needs to be fired

Tried to get a mc flurry, but again they say sold out. Please fix the machine, it happens so much.

Over priced cardboard hungry jacks heaps better

Apparently quality control doesn't exist at Abion Park Rail McDonald's. I usually get my kids a McFlurry after swimming lessons.. today my 6 year old was starving and wanting something hot. We aren't really Maccas regulars- so I suggested a double cheeseburger. 🙄🙄🙄 And this is what we got.. the brown droplets all over the paper are oil. It was swimming in grease and looked like it had been ran over by a combine harvester. So I paid $5 for this muck? Never again. We will stop at Dapto Maccas for the McFlurry's from now on. If zero stars were an option it's what I would have awarded them. If you are in the Rail and wanting a burger.. head to Sneaky Burger or HJ at yallah.

Only one review for the fact no one answers the store phone. Ordered a coffee this morning the wand on the coffee machine was already baked with dry milk from previous coffees. Then my coffee was made, past to me and then they walked off to another job and never cleaning the wand. I threw the coffee wouldnt of left a review if someone would answer after calling from 6 - 10am. Not just for the hygienic reasons but I have someone in the family allergic to nuts what if someone before hand has had one with almond milk. Shouldn't even need to give a reason!

I went to Albion Park Rail Maccas tonight and the food was ridiculous. My burger was made falling out of the burger case with the tiniest bit of mayo and lettuce throw in the mix, the chips were near to cold and half full. My sister’s burger was the same and cold! And on top of that, our meal didn’t come with the sauces we asked for. You need to train your staff to show more care respect for the people they are serving and about the job that they are being paid to do because this is ridiculous. I can understand if you were busy but you shouldn’t be serving food to this disgusting quality, we are happy to wait that minute longer to ensure you make the food we paid for to a high quality. Not happy with this service at all. P.S my dad is furious because he paid for this rubbish!

The worst store I've found yet, they take 20 mins plus to get food, then get upset when I ask for a refund!!

Ice cream was clumpy and no it wasn’t the m&m’s

2 single burgers and 2 box of nuggets took 20 mins and a cup of coffee took 30 mins while they kept served lots of drive-through vehicles.🫠 If you want to order here, do not walk in. Drive through will be much faster... Nuggets were soggy, cold and old. Wrong sauces. Seems like fried multiple times 🫣 Staffs were kind. Cleanest Maccas toilet I have ever seen.

First time I’ve ever left a google review and will probably be the last but this has tipped me over the bloody edge, I honestly can’t say I’ve been here once in the last 5 years and had a decent meal, I can’t count how many times I’ve had to re-drive back through drive through and get the items they have forgotten, it’s even worse when we have ordered on menulog or door dash. Make the extra 5 minute drive to warilla or warrawong cause this place is bloody hopeless. Tonight I had to do 2 laps back through drive through because they forgot items twice and then after all that the coke had not one bit of flavour left in it. I get I’m sounding like a Karen but we are spending our money to pay for their wage. If ya ain’t gonna do your job properly then don’t bloody work there in the first place 😂😂😂 karen rant over

Stood at the counter for 25 minutes while waiting to pay for my order and kept getting ignored by the staff, finally got served and the lady working (assuming manager) was very rude as she snatched my money out of my hands. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for my food only for them to forget items completely.
