McDonald's

Everything is good except food, it's quite clean, all the staff members are nice and friendly but the burger I had ordered was the worst ever McDonald's Burger. I had buttermilk crispy chicken burger and they did every effort to make it worse.

This McDonald's is fairly slow and I kept telling them I wanted a cheeseburger plain in my order and the girl that took my order insisted that a cheeseburger plain is a hamburger everytime I told her it still has cheese on it and is not a hamburger. Long story short.... my burgers didn't have cheese even though I did eventually persuade her to put my order in as cheeseburgers.

Sorry, the New chicken sandwich is nowhere as good as the buttermilk chicken sandwich.

Accurately serving customers always

The last 2times I was there got what I ask for, however, previous 2visits, server would not let me order advertised breakfast specials, kept offering me dinner items. I left an went to nearby resturant.

Faris Family operated McDonalds are by far the best in Knoxville. They always have a friendly and efficient staff who will make sure you’re food is always fresh.

Work serms to be in process on the building, as they had window #1 closed, but the guy at window #2 took my order and got it right, even with special requests. He also was polite and respectful. The parking lot was clean (I opted for drive-through service). The food was very good, and napkins and utensils were included (elsewhere, they never seem to not miss at least one item). I was happy.

Good news I try the cut carbs by reducing my bread intake. Bad news staff made that really easy by burning half my English muffin. Open faced Egg McMuffin isn't the easiest thing to eat. My Dad in- law had some inedible bites of his Canadian bacon. Line cook was not paying attention!

Wasn't crowded this time it's pretty busy store but food is always good tho.

A truly exquisite Knoxville dining experience.I highly recommend the Hot Mustard Sauce, out of this world.

I couldn't resist to try chicken biscuit is not a item available in Arizona I really enjoyed and also the good service and store cleanliness also location is just in right place and near by another important places

The employee who rung me up walked away while my card was processing and did not give me a cup or receipt. I was waiting for her to come back and a different patron took my order because I did not know my order number. The other employees were helpful and replaced my order quickly.
