It's a McDonald's. They actually got my order right ! In a quick way.

They took literally almost 10 minutes to get me 2 sausage mcmuffins this morning. I should have demanded a refund!

The coffee was lukewarm..got it on my way to work

One of the prep persons poured a bunch of salt and pepper on my quarter pound and when I took a bite of it I couldn't spit it out fast enough. When I lifted the bun up all you could see was salt. Unacceptable!!!

I don't usually go to McDonald's, but we all make mistakes from time to time. Today, I made that mistake. Especially by going to this location on Norton. As advertised, the Quarter Pounder is a "Perfect Burger, Made Perfecter." Its a disgrace of a burger made with disgraced employees. My 4oz (Quarter Pounder) was as flat as the earth. It was as enticing as a fat lady in a tube tob waiting in a hot elevator. Twas as beautiful as the chicken head picking cans from the gas station garbage. The Quarter Pounder. A Perfect Burger. Ruined.

Customer service was horrible. Didn't notify me why it was taking so long to complete my order.

McDonald's is one of my favorite burger places but over time they've gotten sloppy lazy with no Devotion to their job just slap it together and throw it out the window I only eat there once and a great while this is the first time and almost a year I couldn't help myself but get fries and a double cheeseburger I mean it's hot and I was still around I'd probably go there no offence I'm just hungry 20 minutes later

I love the new self service kiosks! I'm spoiled and don't want to go to locations that don't have one now. Service was quick. And they they made a mistake on our order, but they were very gracious and made things right. So I was pleased.

I love this particular location (Spring Lake, MI) due to everytime I go thru the drive-thru in the morning hours there's a wonderfully pleasant older gentleman, (perhaps in his early 60's later 50's) who is just the kindest, most endearing individual. Everytime he hands my kids and my orders to us he will say "ok love this is your mocha,"etc... Just to clarify this last statement, he is by no means acting flirtatious or sketchy he's just a super sweet father-figure type. I always look forward to seeing him because he always brightens my day. Unfortunately I have never gotten his name but next time your at the Spring Lake McDonald's in the morning look out for a mature man with white hair who has kind eyes and a contagious positive attitude!!!Leighann Foley

Lied to my face when I asked about the items in the bag. Went to the manager, who also was lying to my face. I just wanted the food I paid for, while manager kept trying to get me worked up. I just kept saying I wanted the food I paid for. Maybe train your management to properly deal with customers. Pretty sad that she didn’t have basic communication skills. Trying to deflect your poor customer service attitudes on the customer is sad. Worth the drive to go to the McDonald’s up the road. Way better service. Way better food. Mess ups happen, but please leave accountability.

If I could leave negative review, I would! Absolute worst service ever! First they messed up the order, when brought to their attention, I was told to go back through the drive through, mind you it is the dinner rush. So I opted for my money back. They then short changed me. When I attempted to speak to the person I was told is the manager, Cameron. He was very rude and threatened me and refused to give me the amount I was owed. I then asked for his supervisors number and he told me there isn't a number to reach them. well I will find one and notify them of the terrible service from Cameron.

No better experience than listening to employees argue and yell at each other behind the counter.
