What are the best McDonald's ever been to great service and great people

I placed an order online for delivery through Doordash. They completely screwed up my order and now they are requiring me to drive to the location for a refund, which defeats the sole purpose of the delivery! #Refund #badservice #neveragain

Guy at the front was nice, the lady who brought my food dropped it off and ran, despite me not having my drink or sauces, and when I went back (twice) I was ignored until I had to use my raised "excuse me" voice. Since I had two kids in the playroom, this was mildly irritating. Nuggets are burnt, I would just go to GP next time 🤷Edited: had to go back again, no apple juice, no ketchup. They did the same thing for another lady. I'm not sure what's going on, but they need to double check their double checker!

Very nice employees but filthy dining and play areas... I sat here for at least a 1/2 an hour before someone came out to clean. The tables were dirty and needed wiping and the floor was absolutely disgusting everywhere that I could see. The playarea smelled like urine. The tables eventually got wiped but the floor remained gross.

Was fast and clean on a Sunday afternoon. Kids got to play and got toys. My only complaint was some kid returned a girls toy because it was a black doll. Not the employees fault at all. Just disgusted my little girl almost didn't get a toy because some racist parent doesn't want to raise their child to be tolerant. I'm white and you giving all of us a bad name. Shame on you.

So there are now these electronic kiosks you are supposed to order from now. Meanwhile 4 employees are standing around shooting the shinola, NOT getting my food ready. There are no other customers and I'm standing here wondering if everything should be automated and employees should be completely done away with.

Service and quality both poor.

Everybody was working really hard I think there was a new shift manager but she was absolutely amazing took care of some discrepancies in our order With a giant smile on her face. Whoever hired her is the smartest person in the world

Granddaughter loves the indoor play area. There is a special area for the family to eat and to sit and watch their children. Food is McDonald food, good eating if you like McDonald's. I do.

Horrible! All I wanted was a drink, drive thru was long so I went inside.. he took my order walked right past the soda cups and here I sit 20 min later waiting for my "order#”

Took away charging stations. Rude.

It's McDonald's...in a Walmart. What more needs to be said. Just ok food, not outstandingly clean...not overly dirty. Just McDonald's.
