I didn't hate this place I am well pleased with the food and service

Sweet tea is all we get here

Smell coming from the drive thru window was worse than the smell of kids feet in the playroom. Terrible customer service. Took order wrong and then gave me a big mac with 0 big mac sauce. The side of tomatoes were cherry tomato slices. I swear to never go back to McDonalds.

Meh. They rarely get the order correct. Some of the staff at the food pick up window can be kinda rude. The fries & buns are usually stale. I have to pull up & wait for my order more often than not... only to get cold food which makes no sense. It's hit or miss at this location. *edit to add* Just the other day, I asked the lady at the window if the sauce for the nuggets was in the happy meal box, she said yes. I looked and it was not. This is the norm at that location, you ask, they say yes trying to move you along when in reality, they have no clue ... 8 times out of 10 SOMETHING is missing from our orders. It's not that big of deal until staff gets aggravated when I ask for items to complete my order.... I am friendly, patient and forgiving. There is no reason for me to be catching any attitude for their mistakes.

They upgrade your meal to a Large without asking. By the time we got our drinks and realized it we had already paid. We were on the drive thru and they made us park in the side to wait on the food. Gave us the bags and left. They advertise a free pie with every large meal, they charged us a large meal and didn't even include the pies. I much have rather had the small meals anyway and no pie.

I love this place for a number of reasons. Their services is really good. They are very fast and polite. The food is consistently to my liking. And I have been eating there since I was 8 or 9 years old. 👍

I ordered 1 strawberry banana smoothie. I was the only one in the line at the time and they weren’t letting us pull up to the front window and had someone direct us to a parking space. Before you knew it they had everyone pulling over to a parking space. Me and my husband watched them direct, literally 8 cars over to parking spaces. It took 12 minutes to get my smoothie. One smoothie took 12 minutes. They are cheating on their drive through times and making their customers suffer.

Be careful though they will overload you on pickles.... I got an entire 1 dill pickle on a 6 dollar burger.... I mean calm down McDonald's watch that food cost. Lmao... Y'all are truly just going down hill so fast ..

Clean restaurant, nice staff, good food considering it's McDonald's. The floors are really slick though. Be careful walking around inside of the place.

Fries were half full but they replaced with no problem!

I should have known better than to give this McDonald's a second chance! The kiosk took my money but not my order. Lady at the counter said she didn't have order or payment so I ordered and paid again. Order was wrong when I got it. I checked my bank account and I had been charged twice. Manager had to call District Manager to find out how to put money back on card. I was given a refund receipt but money hasn't shown up yet!

Absolutely love this place. We go here weekly
