I got very very excellent service here...The food I got was hot and fresh...Even though it was crowded,my order was prompt and correct...The staff was friendly,polite and very professional and I just had to speak to the manager(Courtney)about it and complement their restaurant,she was equally very pleasant, friendly and with a really great sense of humor..Told her how impressed I was with the restaurant and will definitely be back again...I highly recommend this restaurant and wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it...

The staff is really great and the employees are really doing their best , plus they’re very nice except for the very much unprofessional manager. She will assume you’re trying to scam her when you just got your order wrong. When she’ll realize your order is wrong she’ll be petty towards you AND her OWN employees and she will blame it on YOU. Shouldnt be a manager and shouldnt even be an employee there. Great staff tho.

Your typical fast food place. It is not very busy in general. It is 24h so I guess it is suitable for students and residents who are living near by the ecole de technology superior, University of Quebec, which is nearby. Recommended for a quote bite and such.

Good value for money . Better than going to any fancy restaurant, and not having enough food . ExperienceWent to fancy restaurant, paid more money than usual. I was expecting at least good amount of food. Which did not happen Ended up going McDonald to fill up my stomach

It is McDonald but when you can't even have a FULL large fries and it is cold. Don't go there.

Bins are always over filled, there's snot all over the self-service cashiers and the toilets are a disgusting mess

I order food for 4 and was very disapointed of my order!! First of all I selected take out. All my order was not in a bag but as eat in. I need to say 3 times and show her their own screen that it is 'Take out! ! No apologies nothing, she took her time and half my fries on the tray, and obviously attitude no friendly. At home, all my food was abnormally cold(I live 30sec away) I order the angus special at 7$ in the hope to have a treat but it was disgusting! The order was wrote as: NO ONIONS, EXTRA SALAD. They gave full onions and one piece of dirt salad, the salad was black and moldy with holes from bugs?!?!!!! 8$ in the bin I can't believe it and yea of course no paper to print my receipt!! They never have paper to print, they never change their printers
