Managers don't even know what they're doing. Large iced coffee was served in a large frappe cup which is 1/2 the size of the actual large iced coffee cup. I told the manager it was in the wrong cup and she said "it says large." I also waited about 20 min for it and it tasted absolutely dreadful. Please train your employees properly. Will never be going to this location again. Take your money elsewhere.

I had a large LIVE bug in my salad. Brought it to the attention of a a manager who gave me my money for just the salad however not my entire meal, and offered no apology whatsoever. Almost puked on the spot.

Not all McDonald's are created equal.This one is extremely clean. The food is consistent. And the staff is usually very friendly.If you feel the need for a Big Mac, this is a great place to get one.

Mistakes are going to happen, think about the volume of service this McDonald's provides. The important thing is this McDonald's (by the Dollar Tree in Parker) has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had a few App issues that resulted in me paying twice or being denied my meal at pickup. The owner reached out to me via phone and mail to make the situation right. Now I know that I can come here without fear of mishap, because even if something does happen (1 in 50 transactions), they will MAKE IT RIGHT. They care about their customers, the people of Parker, and the community. *Note- I do not just hand out 5 star reviews. It is much more fun to absolutely thrash an establishment's faults!! LOL

Newer play place which is great for the kids. There is a little kid area with a small slide in addition to the big slide.Our kids liked the rock wall and hanging from the wheels.The one drawback is that most of the play area is up high so you cannot see the kids while they are playing.There is seating in the play place area, however it is all cube like seats so no chairs in the play area.

Their POS machine was updating and they could only accept cash but unfortunately I only had my debit card. The employee in the drive thru offered to let me Venmo them and have them pay for me with their cash. Quick service. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys quality customer service.

The food is great and the place is great. The only thing I don't like is that they don't serve burgers until 10:30 AM. Other than that, the place is great.

Drive thru cashier didn't know how to process a mobile order at 1 AM, but the Egg Mcmuffins were fresh and delicious!

Last time I was here it was one of the better McDonald’s that I have ever been to. The food was hot and fast. Which tells me it was cooked as the demand needed it to be. Instead of just sitting on the hot line for hours until needed.I used to travel the country working as a consultant for McDonald’s and this is one of the best.Will be back

We went into the store was told at least 3 different times someone would be right there to help us after about 15 minutes and many excuses our order finally got taken and about 5 to ten minutes after that I finally got my food my order consisted of a large cold coffee 1 mcdouble 1 small fries and a large coke which I poured myself I think 25 minutes was to long to wait at a fast food place
