Just bought a meal and my drink wasnt giving to me so I went back 10 minutes later and they refused to give me my drink that I paid for. Boycott this location

They got my order wrong. I said chipotle burger, she put in a mcchicken. I don't usually complain but I want to try the new beef burger not have a gross chicken mayo shredded lettuce sandwich. I did get them to change it, they didn't offer to refund the 6 dollars difference between the two sandwiches either, but I'm not even worried about that, just take my order correctly.

Ordered an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese, and 2 chicken McGriddles - after having to pull over and wait 5-6 minutes, which is fine, they got the ENTIRE order wrong...

It was good.i bought a salad and asked for picles in my salad abd the picles were tiny winy.Otherwise its a good place.

Worst McDonald’s in the city. The drive through is PAINFULLY slow. Ok, no problem, I’ll go inside and pick up my food. Yeah. That’s when I saw just how dirty this place is. Service inside is just as slow, only it’s even more aggravating because you get to watch them ignore you instead of just wondering what’s going on. Love how they’ll chit chat and socialize with each other literally while they’re taking your order. And then, when you finally get your food, it’s not what you ordered. The last straw for me was ordering fries on two separate visits and both times the container was, at best, 2/3 full. Corporate headquarters needs to deal with this location’s management. Staff are incompetent and rude.

Made me wait for fresh fries but when they came they were cold and soggie..and then my 10 dollar burger had rotten lettuce on it.. they are dirty restaurant..👎

Person was rude on the speaker, they were so confusing for my boyfriends order, seemed like they weren't paying attention, they messed up my order I asked for no cheese and then they put cheese on it and I got a drink and they never gave me a straw... Honestly don't waste your time with this Mc Donald's go to a different one! They don't listen at all!

Slowest service I've experienced in a while. Not to mention on a minus 20 day when I wanted to go inside eat and warm up while my daughter had an appointment the seating area couldn't be warmer then 12 degrees!

Messed up my order after being in drivethrough for about 10 minutes this morning... was not impressed.
