In comparison. to other McDonalds it was pretty good service was fast and the food was still good 6 hours after order. The service was Nice and quick. Food was okay and pretty cheap

Always enjoy a quick meal. Wife enjoyed a Southwest Salad with mustard dressing and I had the standard Big Mac and fries.

Wanted some breakfast and there was a huge line but I decided to wait anyway and it went fast. I'm impressed by how fast the team handled the line, both employees with smiles and wishing me a good morning. I was in a rush to work so thanks for being fast. Food was tasty too.

I mean, it's a McDonalds. Been to this location a few times and they're generally pretty quick and I've never had any complaints. The only time when I've had to wait was mid-morning when I believe they have a number of elderly patrons and ordering takes a bit longer. In those cases, stick to drive thru.

Lately everytime I visit McDonald's the fries are cold, so I ask for a fresh batch to be made. Every location needs to check their time stamps, lately food has been cold on every visit. When the food is freshly cooked it's good. No complaints.

I took my grandchildren and daughter to lunch. Customer service was good. Was disappointed to find out that this location didn't have a play area. Food was good, right temperatures etc. Ample parking available with handicap parking too. Conveniently located in center of Richland. Lots of food choices for everyone including dessert choices.

The service was very quick despite the lunch rush and the broken ordering screens in the drive thru. Facility looks maintained and clean. Food was good.

It was fast service but I can tell the fries were sitting for a while. Everyone was pleasent.

Always fast and friendly service, With food cooked the right way. I've never been disappoint in what I eat there.

Placed an order at the drive thru, was sent to the "waiting area". Waited for over 15 minutes and no one came. Went inside and the staff never even received my paid order. Took almost 30 minutes to get the order from start to finish, but they refunded the full order.

A little dirty and had to clean our own table.

Best at fast survive could use better help getting orders right but most part good

I'm from out of town, and I sure appreciate the staff warmth and expedient service. 2 staff members brought out our ice cream to the car and were gracious. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism!

Good fast food but the drive through is hit of miss on accuracy

love the self order screens really speeds up your order. Can you get cherry coke?
