Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Shut it down. I have given them so many chances. I will never return. I actually have had them tell me AFTER I place my order that they are out of biscuits and gravy and wont have any for 30 minutes if I want to wait. ...wait ? Are you serious? This isnt a fine dining experience people. It doesnt take 30 minutes to make biscuit and gravy and I damn sure am not waiting 30 minutes at a FAST food. These employees are LAZY.. Go down the road to the next McDonalds that is literally 2 minutes away.

We waited at the place to order in the drive thru for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged, with the microphone on the entire time. At that point we heard “pull forward to the window” faintly in the background so we pulled up. No one at the first window, and after about 10 minutes total waiting in the line, get to the last window where we say that we did not get the chance to order. The lady rudely told us we had to go through the drive thru again and wait to order. They deserve a poor rating after that service, and I will never go to that location again.

Every time we do Drive thru they always get our stuff wrong or something is missing.. we actually no longer go to this location cuz we just got tired.. we where there customers for 5 yrs ... When you go inside it's better cuz they get it right but they are not always friendly.

Fries no salt but hot seemed just made ! Big Mac had cold hamburger patties .Lady at window seemed aggrevated

No one answers the phone they screwed my order again I was trying to get ahold of them so they can fix the problem but this McDonalds never answers their phone. I still have my receipt and I bet they are wondering why they had 2 mcdoubles with no pickle left after I left.

Worst EXPERIENCE IN A VERY LONG TIME! CASHIER WHOM I THINK WAS A MANAGER WAS RUDE . I SAW SHE WAS A LITTLE FRUSTRATED SO I SMILE & STAYED POLITE EVEN THOUGH WE WAITED 20 MIN FOR OUR ORDER W 2 People in THE WHOLE PLACE. NOTHING WAS WORKING AND MY BURGER PATTIES LOOKED LIKE SAUSAGE PATTIES ON MY BIG MAC! I EVEN TOOK A PICTURE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Ok slow service and no hot fudge for my sunday.

Ordered a simple order of 5 of the same dollar sandwiches. And I drink. We pull off and realize the gave us egg McMuffins Instead of Sausage. Which is what the cashier repeated back as she took the payment. Im frustrated because we are rushing to reach our destination. Long drive. Also, service was mixed. Cashier was kind and very articulate while the person giving food acted as if we were bothering her. We came through drive through. Not impressed, there are other food options close to this one and now we know for next time. Wouldn't recommend this location. But well it's a large chain so....

If was a coupon bogo @the only worthwhile McD's in north central Flori-Duh. Starke. 'Nuff said.

Took forever to take order but staff was really nice. Then got down the road and order was wrong.

I am currently sitting in the drive through with one car in front of me and one behind me. I have been sitting here for 6 minutes already. This is the WORST establishment. Avoid at all cost.

I love frappes.They make my heart happes!I went through the drive thorough and was able to purchase a delicious frappe quickly. I then proceeded to enjoy it :3 If you buy one, you will enjoy it too :)

So the staff was great and very nice but after getting our food. We were on the highway and started eating our food and found ants in our fries. So I had to throw them out. Not happy the food was fresh but seems like where they put there fries there are ants. So please be careful.

smelled awful .place was nasty.to make it so bad i went to use restroom there was urine on the floor .all over the toilet. tolit paper all over the floor .i will never go back to this location period................

Probably the hottest, freshest meal I've ever had from McDonald's!
