Never know what's going to happen. Always have to park to wait, and are still missing an item. Have to go inside with bags and receipt.

My daughter says thank you for her pickles and onions and six dries in her kid meal. And I was glad to pay for large fry and get less than a medium.

Normally I have no issue with this place. Service and food has always been good. But I was served this the other day which has me nervous to return. Thank God I caught it and didn't finish eating it.

The food is rarely fresh, the service is consistently slow, and customers have to ask for drink cups while they wait for a long time for their food.

I have never experienced a more inept McDonald's, ever! They cannot listen and understand plain English, clearly articulated! Just avoid this braindead place!

Food was good. Girl on register didn't seem to know what she was doing. Maybe she was new.

Terrible service. No ice or tea. Waited a good 10 min at the pick up spot and not one single employee acknowledged me. At least two Managers were present, but were conducting interviews and not one was actually managing. Pay attention!

Sorry I can't give anything a five-star when a restaurant caters more to drive through business than walk in traffic. As far as McDonald's it is your typical McDonald's food and prices. The service inside was good but you could see traffic going through drive-thru being serviced much better. They do have a indoor playground for the kids which is fantastic

Here goes. Can somebody please tell me why my order is 97% of the time wrong. I love the Quarter Pounder, but without cheese. I can say, "may I have a Quarter Pounder... no cheese. Make it plain. Just neat and bread." Why O Why did I get a Quarter Pounder with cheese and the other condiments??? How else can I say "plain?" I don't understand. I thought that saying "make it plain" was just so juvenile, but I guess not. I have asked several managers how I should request a plain burger and they all said the same, "just tell them that you want it plain." It sounds good, but that just doesn't work. Anyway, maybe one day that juicy plain Quarter Pounder will be handed to me and I can gladly walk out of the door without feeling frustrated.

Questions & Answers

I dont know, but someone has answered your question. 16 years old.

Usually are, not many places that are retail or restaurants close on New Years. It's their last chance at increasing holiday profits.

Everything is closed, and with good reason!...people here don't know how to drive in snow! A guy, undoubtedly driving his whole family in a minivan, passed me on a narrow road( Long bridge Rd) with no guard rails right before the bridge..(and a very steep drop off to the river)..as soon as he gets beside me he started fishtailing!!...he barely saved it!!! That's why southern folks should stay home. Your job gave you the day off for good reason! The roads are icy, you don't know how to drive in this mess because you never do...stay home and rest..enjoy your day off ( even though your company still charges you a day, if you want to be paid)....point being, nothing should be open unless the owner is from the north, and...there are drivers/residents here that know how to drive in snow! Applause and appreciation to the businesses that are open, you must have lived in a snowy climate before... To patrons: if you don't need it, stay home. If you do: do not drive over 45mph! And do not pass!
