I went to go send money to my son. As I explained my situation the money person didn't explain anything but made me feel like I was committing a crime, the loss prevention girl explained everything and helped me to understand policy. The manager said they could have explained better but who knows if she really discussed my problems with their service.

This McDonald's is just like.... all the other McDonald's. The food is reasonably priced, the service is adequate.
