Excellent service fast and convenient great place

PICK a DIFFERENT LOCATION! Two trips to this location this morning and both= zero stars. First trip the order was wrong (hot cakes vs big breakfast). Second trip I received someone else’s coffee. The oatmeal was made with milk and container was full to the top and soupy. Almost $15+gas by the end, not worth it. In Norman for ten years by far the worst location.

Didn't bring out all our food. Had to go back inside. The sweet tea tasted like water. The people working drive thru acted like it was their first day.

Good food and good service...prices to high for fast food.

I can only give 3 star. The black lady that took my order had to ask me to repeat my order three times and the the whole order was completely wrong. All I ordered was a sausage mcmuffin and a large coffee with 6 cream 8 sugar. I got a egg mcmuffin and a med. Coffee with no cream or sugar. WTH!! I come through here almost everyday and the food n service is pretty much spot on until today. Screw up number two!! Ordered a double biscuit and gravy and only got half not fn happy dont have time to turn around.

You just never know with drive a thru, there could be one person in the car but ordering for 7 people. Good thing they have reserved waiting parking spots.

I don't eat fast food often, but it works in a pinch. Was able to go through the drive through and get what we needed quickly. The service was really quick and they got the order correct. The staff were friendly and the experience was good. Would recommend for you if you like fast food or if you need to use it in a pinch.

This location across from the mall is very handy. But because of this, it is always busy. The food is the usual clown stuff, so nothing new here. The employees seem to care so the service is a little better than many I have been to. This is a good emergency food stop.

There is a lot of people here that deserve everything in the world. They work really hard even though there are mistakes.

I was sent a 5 dollar Arch card by the store manager of your location for a mistaken charge a week or so back. I went to use the card at your location and they messed up the order again. Make sure the person taking the orders that are spoken in English understand the language. We ordered 2 drinks and they handed me a large fry and a Sprite. I don't know if you guys will ever fix your problems but this is reoccurring. 2 locations on this side of town and I go out of my way to avoid you now.

I dont really do fast food often. I do like their app and pricing

It seems to be getting better, but they still have a lot of work to do. The people in there late at night are kind of rude. Of course after a long day at work the last thing you want is rude when you're just trying to pick up some fast food!

Quick friendly and kind. There is one lady there that I owe A lot of gratitude for her kindness and prayers.An angel.
