This McDonald's is ran efficiently and quickly during the breakfast rush. At dinner I can be the only car in the drive thru and I am asked to pull forward and will still need to go in and get my food. I made the mistake of ordering a breakfast sandwich at night was told 2 minutes and 5 minutes later I need to go in and get my food. All of this could have been avoided if I was told it would take that long when ordering and I would have ordered a different item. I own a fast food restaurant and am able tell my customers this. Sadly this will be the last time for a long time before I go to a McDonalds again.

The ice cream machine was down for weeks at one point. They said only one guy cleans it and he was in jail. Thats really stupid to keep him around when he goes to jail every other week. I dont think they had Mcdonalds best intrest in mind.

After 20 min. waiting I finally asked for my money back. All we ordered was ice cream. We were not the only people dissatisfied. Won't go back for a long time.

Its ok. Plainwell and D ave Mcdonalds make alot of mistakes. And takes long time.

Hamburgers were really salty. Couldn't eat them and not worth the time to drive back. ☹

I literally wait every time I go here (Portage location) and this morning was no different. My receipt says I placed my order at 8:15am. I finally received my food at 8:37am!! I have called corprate and complained multiple times. Obviously it does no good and unsure why I even bother stopping at this location or thinking that management finally has a good crew that actually knows how to do their job!
