I would have to say this location is subpar. Everything is normal and it is moving to the newer self order kiosk system so that'll be cool for people who are still behind the times.You can do mobile ordering here which is awesome and just pick it up when you are ready. I've never seen the McRib here but maybe that's just a seasonal thing. Parking at sample and you can easily be in and out.

Always fast and good! McDonald's will always be on top of the fast food chain. How about a 34 second order process for four sandwiches and two drinks!

Best McDonalds location in Knoxville. I live closer to the Cumberland Avenue location, but I drive down to this location because they are polite, accurate, and always prepare the food well. Special shout out to the young woman who works the window early mornings, who is always nice and remembers to give you the jelly and jam you ask for. :) She answered the phone the other day for me and was so kind and polite, it really sealed my loyalty to this location!

Guy at the register seemed new but altogether a good stop. It wasn't very busy so we got our order out fast. Most of all it was CORRECT! Down to the amount of sauces and ketchup we asked for which is rare anymore

It's McDonald's, they are a bit better than most other locations. The staff were very friendly, the food was good, abbr the restrooms were clean. Very nice place!

Went during lunch... both inside and drive thru lines were backed up and tickets waiting were 8 deep.... so we left. Do not want to leave negative review because it 'may' have been the time of day. Do not live in the area so will not be back to see-

For a Fast Food restaurant, this particular McDonalds has quick service, puts out fresh food, and the accuracy of its drive through has been good so far for us... and we use them often for large orders. I cannot remember a time when we got home and did not receive the food as we had ordered it. Keep up the good work guys!
