McDonald's

It's a typical McDonald's. Service is usually fast and friendly though. Food quality is typical of McDonald's.

Customer service at the counter is almost non existent because they expect everyone to use those damned kiosk. There were 5 people standing around chatting or texting on their phones while I waited at the counter to place my order. They all saw me but refused to even acknowledge my existence until I finally banged my fist on the counter and demanded to be waited on, but even then got evil looks from every one of them....

I walked there this morning from a neighboring hotel. Imagine my surprise when people are eating inside, the drive thru is busy, but they've locked the doors because of a heat issue in the dining area. Locked the doors. No one in and no one out. If you walked there today they just looked at you and went back to the kitchen. Irritated would be a bit of an understatement.

The McDonald's in irwin is the big Mac museum and the service here is good but in all it's still only a Mc Donald's

My family and I went here today for lunch and my husband wanted the 20 chicken nuggets and fry basket, they had advertised that you could add cheese and bacon to the fries for an additional cost so that's what my husband wanted. Well when we proceeded to tell the young man taking his order that that's what we would like not 1 but 3 of the managers spun around with attitudes and said that they were NOT allowed to do that even though it was clearly advertised. Only after my husband showed them on the menu board that it was advertised did they say it was okay. The young man taking our order was very sweet and attentive but my oh my do those managers need an attitude adjustment. You're managers, you should know what is advertised on your menu.

Only go here for coffee, because food is so over priced. I go though the drive thru cause i usually only get one thing. The normal drive thru lady is beyond rude. She dropped all my exact change and blamed me as i was already hanging out my window & when i got my coffee that was over $2 it was the size of a toddler cup. I just don’t understand why it’s so expensive for so little product. Never come here in the first place and will not be coming anymore.

Service was alright,but could of been better
