Food is usually great, service is usually great, but failure to give you 100% of the items you’ve ordered and paid for is about 15%, meaning you need to return here over and over to get all of the items you’ve paid for. And they’re not at all apologetic about the inconvenience they’ve caused you once you drive all the way back here. So, yeah, 2 stars is as high as I can go. Fix that one glaring, REPEATING issue - along with the employee’s very poor attitude when you return for them to fix THEIR screw up - and it would be a def 5 star McD’s.

Food was fresh and good. They forgot our coffees but they corrected it quickly.

Consistently bad, for one reason or another. Extra long waits for cold, stale, or just completely wrong orders. Recently ordered an apple pie, received a strawberry cream pie 6 hrs past fresh. Wasn't even worth going back.

The food is always hot. And the customer service is outstanding!

This place is usually very good but this morning the manager Alysha was arguing with customers. Was very loud and rude with about 36 customers in the lobby witnessed the entire incident.

Well. If I could I can say I will give it a zero. The reason behind it is that they will give you worst service and they will not help you. I went through the drive way and I order a cheeseburger meal, but they gave me chicken. I don’t care what I eat but I want my order to be right because I pay for it. My money is my worth of service. I went through the drive way and of course I call the place and they told me I can come back when I was far away. I couldn’t do a u turn. I call and they hang up the phone without a respond. I think McDonald’s should evaluate their location. But the way this is a night time order. People should consider their job. I call and told them.

I drive past the McDonald's on Eastway and Wendover getting to the Central Ave location. They do food better although I've had some poor luck with drive thru, use the kiosk inside or order online and you are golden like fries baby!

Don’t go here. Sold me frozen nuggets after 45 min wait at 2amWhen I told the manager he said it’s not my concern I’m new here, the manager proceeded to hand me an incomplete order and say thank you have a nice day. When I mentioned it was incorrect on the phone after driving off he said it was my fault I should have pointed it out sooner.This is not normal throughout the customer service standards

Value menu is good but it's gotten a lot higher in the past few months.

Went here after my friend picked his brother up from work they always have good food here

I would rate a 3.5 if I could. The food here was pretty fresh, so they had that going for them. But the service wasn't very friendly at all. She grew upset trying to take our order even to the point of releasing an expletive. Not at us, but still very unprofessional. I understand that it sucks working a late shift, but that's no excuse to treat your customers poorly.

Don’t waste your time with this location. Once opened my to go food, it looked like whoever made it was stoned off their mind and forgot to put all the ingredients into the burger. All it had was the patty and the bread which too was burned.

Horrible....I waited in the drive thru to order at the second window for 20 minutes and finally get to the window she takes my order on paper and then says cash only....wow.... If you would have informed me of cash only at the menu board I wouldn't have wasted my time

Took 20mins to get my food.....how is that fast??
