The best icecream in Orlando and Clermont...

Pretty much what you would expect from McDonald's. Just don't be in a hurry.

Was amazed at the technology in the restaurant. You can step up an order using an automated cashier. The restaurant was dedicated to providing fast and efficient service. I have never had issues going through the drive through but wanted to see the inside since the renovation. It is clean, quick and the staff is courteous. I can't ask for more from a fast food restaurant.

It's McDonalds. Specially around Clermont they aren't so good, but some of the managers are very nice at least

The food is McDonald's, what you expect. The soda fountains and shake machine were down at the same time, around 7-8. What am I supposed to drink?

I’ve only ever tried to go to this McDonald’s 3 times because it is out of my way, but once in a while I want to eat late and they advertise to be open 24 hours....wellllll they’re not. The first time they were resurfacing the parking lot and closed, the second the were redoing the inside-those things I can understand-but this time I went and after sitting in the drive thru for over a minute they quickly said their system was down...I didnt know that meant all the fryers and grills couldnt work apparently. theyre 23 hours because theyre closed from 4-5am but dont advertise that. worst customer service in the drive thru and on the phone when we called to complain, hung up on. why not put a sign saying “closed from 4-5”

Its 10:10pm and apparently it is shift change and they have 6 to 7 cars from drive thru parked, waiting for their orders.

I actually had to speak to the manager on duty before I left. I had to tell her that my Double Quarter was one of the best burgers I had EVER had at a McDonald's. You really can taste the difference with fresh over frozen.

This morning I ordered a sausage egg, cheese McGriddle meal with hash brown and unsweet tea for my wife. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit meal, hashbrowns and unsweet tea for myself. The cashier repeated the order back to me and added the word "cheese" more than once when referring to my biscuit. Ordering directly off the menu there is no cheese on that sandwich. The second window cashier verified my order and I was handed a bag of food. I received 2 cups of unsweet tea, 5 hashbrowns and a sausage, egg and cheese Mcmuffin. We utilize the drive through because time is short. When we opened the bag we were back on the road. This McDonalds routinely gets it wrong.

Service is poor and fries were not cooked well or seasoned.

Sign says drive thru open 24 hrs....went to drive thru at approximately 5am. Was told they are closed. Drive thru NOT open 24 hrs....-_-

Junk food, for Once.in a Blue Moon is ok. French fries are.good if they are recently done!

Don’t stop! That is the only advice I have. The tea is spoiled. The food is burnt. The hash browns cold. Service is Extremely slow. Most of the staff is unprofessional with nasty attitudes. I stopped in at 9:30. Paid at 9:34. Was parked in #2 drive thru spot until 9:49. During this time a employee came with my food, a sausage biscuit. I didn’t order a sausage biscuit. She went to get my correct order. I sent her back with the spoiled tea. She brought the McMuffin, forgetting the hash brown. And brought back the spoiled tea. I gave her the spoiled tea again and asked for a coke instead. She brought back a cold hash brown and a coke. 19 minutes of incompetence. Absolute ridiculousness!

The food is over priced and getting smaller. I will say service was fast and friendly

Their frappes are so good. The people that work here are so nice to their guests. Bring your food to your table if not during a rush.
