I love the customer service I received today. Each customized sandwich was labeled so I knew what each one was. Thankyou for being thoughtfull and the friendliness at the drive thru window.

This McDonald's has a horrible night staff. We sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes listening to the girl at the window talk to a co-worker about her hair. When we got to the window to pay there was no one there. After a few minutes someone finally came and took our payment. When we got to the next window, again there was nobody there. We watched an employee serving a customer over the counter with one hand so she could text on her phone with her other. When we got our milkshakes they were completely melted and barely even cold. My mother in law took them back inside to ask for replacements and an employee told her "well that's how they come out of the machine." Then turned his back on her to answer his cellphone. They didn't offer to remake them, give us our money back, or anything to fix the situation. Overall it just seemed like they would rather play on their phones than work. Very unprofessional.

Not bad.......bathrooms were nasty, possible covid hotspot

This store is consistently terrible at handling mobile orders in the drive thru. Giving the cashier my order code at the speaker was smooth. At the pick up window of a single lane drive thru, the lady tries to give me the wrong order. And then goes "are you the mobile?" I say "yes" and she immediately tells me to pull up around the curb. She yells back to the kitchen "the mobile is here" as if to get them to just now begin preparing my order. I pull around the curb and after 10 minutes, someone comes out and asks what I'm waiting for. They somehow lost my order altogether and I had to give the guy my receipt. I eventually got my order but it was still wrong. They gave me SEC McMuffins instead of Egg McMuffins. Of course by that point, I let it go and left.

Delicious Burgers and Fulfilling Meals in Competent Prices!! Love this outlet and highly recommended. Place is well maintained and clean.

Worst food and worst experience. Why don’t they close this one ? It’s really awful experience with Worst quality of food.

Its good but its not. Some people in customer service have bad attitudes here, but some have really cheerful attitudes- The food can be good and bad as well. But it all depends i guess.

Very slow considering I ordered one of the most sold items, quarter ponder w cheese. Took 5 plus minutes and was not hot. Nor, was it busy

When you go to this restaurant you got to be able to hold your breath. There is no air condition in the restaurant at all the workers even look miserable but the food was and it was out as quickly as possible. But the experience was terrible because it was just extremely too hot.

Managers were very knowledgeable and servers were efficient and the food was excellent and fresh!

Good, but the drinks were a little flat.

Fast Food, Fast Service. Consistent Quality. Not impressive. But you know it works.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. The entire restaurant was trashed at 2 in the afternoon and I waited 18 min for a McChicken and fries. Worst experience at McDonald's ever which is saying alot. Avoid this location at all costs.
