Good solid double cheeseburgers for a late night snack after work. Had to waited for them to be cooked. Very slow fast food.

It's k, but there burgers r too greasy n yo salty. But there fries r good here. My opinion in front of peddlers mall. Bad rates here. Could need help here. More work on burgers, but everything else is fine. That's y I gave them a 3 â˜†

That place can take some time to get through, periodically. IMO it is the best Mcyds within hundreds of miles of any other in terms of service, quality, and public relations. I know many of the employees including management and I have never known them to have only 3 people working at one time unless it be within a few hours of closing time ie. 8pm to closing. However, it is a college town, so from time to time, and during breaks they do become short staffed. That being said, any time I have experienced an issue with them, talking to a manager or calling their regional management department has always been able to resolve almost any issue even if it be a coupon for a free meal for next time to fixing a problem on the spot by any other means necessary. Just make sure to keep your receipt before you seek help with anything and apologies for your long wait time.
