Poor service. Not enough employees and poorly ran

The customer service was good, but the frappe, smoothie and milk shake machines were all not working, not to mention they r a location that doesnt have the chicken wraps.

The worse, slow service and they did not put my grandchildren apples in their happy meals. All three meals. Sunset location in Charlotte NC. Don't go. I had to remind them to put the toys in the boxes. If I could give them a negative I would.

STAY AWAY! Just bought a southwestern salad(sothwestern dressing) and 4 count nugget(sweet and sour sauce). The salad smelled weird. There was a HAIR and strange dressing on the chicken. The chicken appeared to be ripped by hand. Received ranch dressing. Nuggets came with tangy bbq. SMH. Staff were acting very unprofessional in the drive through. I will never return.

Managers really know how to run this place. On the ball, accurate orders, great music in here tooUpdate, 12/26/2018It's been remodeled, looks good. That manager that ran this place like clockwork.... gone I reckon.They have kiosks to place your order. Better have your card to pay, if it's cash, your gonna wait forever to pay or place your order.Don't know what the hell happened here.... but DEFINITELY not on the ball like they used to be. Service went down hill bigtime.But it looks nice

When we walked in they only had one person working up front AND he was in drive thru. We were ignored when we walked in and we just stood there forever. Finally someone walked up without apologizing or anything. The atmosphere is really bad at this place. THEN IF that wasn't enough half of our order was left out of the bag when we got home. Overall really a bad experience

One word, HORRIBLE.....We were coming back from out of town and stopped to get my grandson something to eat. I specifically asked for a big kid's happy meal cheeseburger no onions or pickles, when we got his food and checked it, it not only had onions but pickles too when I tried telling the cashier who initially took the order she started rolling her head and responding with an attitude. But, one of my church members just happened to be working at the time and came over to ask what the issue was and seen it was us she took the burger and made sure the next one was made the way I asked for it! Thanks Kiki for taking care of McDonald's business for them.

Went in and ordered 2 hashbrowns. Stood in line 10 minutes to pay with cash. There were at least 6 others behind me waiting to pay as well. Both managers I saw (a shorter older guy and a taller young female) made eye contact with me multiple times, and I expressed my need to pay at least 3 times. I was never helped. Stay away from the mcdonalds. You'll get better help from the trees outside.

The 1st time I came here my QP was raw, the 2nd time I came here I was overcharged, not given my $ back but instead given more food which couldn't be eaten, the fries were a medium but I ordered a basket, I was told they didn't have it anymore but not given the difference back in cost, no napkins or straws. The fries and nuggets were old and cold. The manager didn't even bother to come to the window. Terrible service. Avoid this location, go 5 minutes to WT Harris or Beatties Ford.

Really clean and food was HOT!

Great food, fast, hot and friendly. Clean restaurant and restroomsI hope you saved room for dessert because they have a nice selection.

Went to order inside and a manger took my order and still got it wrong i ordered a sausage egg and chesse biscuit does this look right to yall and i was the only person inside ordering i could understand if it was busy and made a mistake but was not busy.
